This has strong Sweeney Todd's vibes, for me. The text is a bit dry but the ideas are clearly exposed.
Big fan of the 'cellar full of eel'!
there are the bones of an exciting place here, but I think the space could have been better used. Instead of stats, rumours and menu, I would have loved just a little bit more description trying to sell me the picture.
