So I wanna say that this tool is, you know, like what you're doing here would have real implications for my work, so I'm interested to begin with.
And this work in this field has incredibly high stakes for humanity. So when I read through this as a pitch, I didn't feel that in there anywhere.
I didn't feel like I knew what the actual stakes are.
I feel like you're underselling this!
A line like this that states the stakes maybe would make it more clear?
"We believe language shapes reality before institutions catch up. This tool tests that. If we're right, it's an early warning system for cultural and political shifts."
yes, I'll think about the stakes and add it. thanks!
there's a few angles here. and the fact that this is recursive--so it could serve as some governer (in cyberntic talk) or some crazy loop that creates new attractors.
BUT it could also prove that language does not shape reality! or at least not in such a straightforward way. thats also a possible upshot of this tool. it allows you to experiment and falsify certain perceptions on the language-reality interaction.
Semantic prediction through analysis of functional definitions and the location of the Overton window, very interesting. My only comment is that I think you should try to ensure that the final product is either free, or has some amount of daily free usage, so that curious individuals can experiment before reaching for their wallets.
I've worked a lot on the theory behind stuff like this and have been waiting for this kind of tool
I agree with @extenebrisluceton on the thread about a free tier, this has social network dynamics and could be more widely spread for memetic trackings, business model could stay open for testing
Also this is a related tool for etymology that might be useful!
