Absolutely lost it when the music hit. Saw the other comment mention that it was Yakuza music before I played and yet somehow I didn't predict what it would be. So good! Really fun comedic dialogue and some really great comedic timing! I know the gameplay is simple but the basic gameplay loop is basically exactly as long as it needs to be for that first punchline to hit really hard (kinda like a fish-love-y version of that old screamer maze game, gives you just enough gameplay to get you focused for everything to hit just right) haha. Was already loving the dialogue but then ending it on Fih's parenthetical fun fact and the completely different tone of voice...Parfait. Parfih, even.
excellent usage of free will
incredibly funny experience, i lost it when the music kicked in, the graphics/visuals fit the vibe perfectly, the writing was great it's the right amount of clever to add humor, and the gameplay is an new take to the typical fishing game mechanics
lol this was really funny. Loved the yakuza music in the background. The sound effects and fish art were really good too.

I recommended it to others, despite it not being my favorite game. Simply because it's just a really excellent display of free will. It made me think about video essays on comedy in games, and how difficult it can be to make games funny. I don't know if it was your intention, or if it was difficult to make it funny IF that was your intention. But I had a good laugh.
tysm…its not the most polished thing I’ve made (nor does it particularly fit the theme that well lol) but that’s because I just had a funny idea and decided to run with it.
