How does the game fit the theme?
you switch between 2 strange places

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
i got the models for the player, the big door in level 3, the door that is in the end of each level and the rocket that is in the end, also I didn’t make the sound effects, but I did make the music

How many people worked on the game?

A really nice game.. I really like the concept of switching between levels(I've done a similar thing too for my game)... The Astronaut Animations were cool. It was a bit difficult for me but had a lot of fun while playing it

If I were paid a penny for every Game Jam platformer where you shift dimensions... xD

Tbh, the idea is not that fresh. This game is not the worst implementation of this concept though. Even so, I really missed some visuals. The jump animation is just a walking loop which doesn't sound like a big problem in theory, but consider the floaty jumping combined with the fact that you spend more than 50% of the game in the air...

Finally, would be great to make the environment more detailed, as standard Unity cubes certainly serve as decent platforms, but look too simple for the setting.

Still, if itch.io is not lying and that's your first 3d game, it's a solid start.

Nice feeling 3D player controller. At first I thought the jumping was too floaty to be precise but the more I played it the more I realised it's actually quite well tuned for what the later levels demand of you.

It took me a moment to work out how the invisible platforms worked - at first I thought there was a collision bug in the red platforms.

The difficulty and complexity curve is handled well.

The switching mechanic is good, there is a lot of places you could go with it regarding puzzles and other platforming challenges. A double jump or a booster pack mechanic would expand the possibility space a lot as well, as would a sprint jump.

Always nice to see 3D games in a jam!

Great game!!!

The dimension-switching mechanic is really interesting and works well. I liked how each level added something new to figure out. Some parts with invisible platforms were frustrating, but it was satisfying once I got through them. The game feels smooth overall, and the different level designs keep it engaging.

Interesting unique game, fits the theme well! Could've been a bit more polished. The parts where you have to run on invisible ground was very annoying and frustrating D:

Really cool idea! The gameplay was fun, I really liked the different levels.

I quite liked it! Switching between world was satisfying and when the invisible platforms appeared i despaired lol! I think that this really works as a base and could be expanded to even crazier levels. Maybe the only thing that could need some polish is the art but that's to be expected with a solo dev (i suck at it so i can't give meaningful tips). Keep it up!

I really loved how each level is different, great job!

Really cute concept, it gave me faint Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart vibes, but it could use more development to fully shine.

This is an very interesting concept, reminds me of the b side puzzles in celeste. The transitions we're very cool, and I think the jumping can be more responsive. A sprint or dash would also be very nice to speed up the gameplay.

Nice game that I liked. I loved switching mechanic. Great work and a wonderful idea. It needs better sounds and animation, and then the game will be even better

thanks

Cool take on the theme! The 3D dimension-switching mechanic is fun, and the skybox + transition effect (with the “whoosh” sound) feels satisfying and responsive.  The invisible platform section was tough. Movement feels smooth, and the floaty physics fit the space vibe.

thanks so much
