The core mechanic of the gameplay is freezing the cars in place before they crash with each other. This is done by hitting the notes at the right time with your whistle.

Very intriguing game idea. I suck at rythm games so keeping an eye on the cars while doing the whistle was actually a very hard task.
Great art and a very clever idea with the song — I absolutely love rhythm games!
I really loved the BGM. After a few runs, I started to remember the melody so well that I could press Space without even looking at the bottom of the screen.
There were a few moments where I had possible collisions happening in two places at once, and it felt a little unfortunate when I couldn’t deal with both. It also made me wonder what the game would feel like if there were a pattern where the map stayed fixed, like the music does
I'll always support any and all rhythm games to my dying breath (specially creative ones like this!), but man, keeping an eye at the note cues and the cars at the same time is hard. Often they're on opposite sides of the screen. Do you think there'd be a way to put the cues on the cursor itself?
Yeah we tried a couple positions so the player didn't have to switch their eyes back and forth so much but we didn't want to obscure the map. Attaching the cues to the cursor is a great idea, we definitely should have done something like that in retrospect
Great visuals. Song seems to be out of sync or something. I like the concept very much.
Visuals are super clean! I also love the whistle and his little dance lol. I will say this is VERY hard, struggled to last more than ~40 seconds, having to manage the cars and the tune at the same time is airtraffic controller levels of multitasking difficulty. Regardless good job and very cool!

I enjoyed focusing on the notes and playing the song but it was frustrating to deal with cars crashing at the same time. Maybe the goal should be to see how many cars I can crash. That way I can still whistle to redirect cars, but with the easier goal of making them crash while I whistle my tunes. See how many cars I can crash before the song ends B)
Haha I do like the idea of a Chaotic Evil mode, I agree it would make the task-switching a bit easier
Very interesting concept and cute graphics. The gameplay was too hard for me, the car kept crushing
Quite a very surprising game! I was not expecting this at all and it's a very fun and unexpected discovery. The look is really nice, very polished. The gameplay is really tricky and I wish it was a bit more flexible as I kept dying. Maybe it needs a little tutorial at the beginning. Congrats for this puzzle/musical game!
This is the hardest entry I've played up until now. It's very funny though. I liked the art style and the crazy concept.
It's insanely hard!! haha! But you can do so much with the assets and the gameplay, maybe turn it into some sort of traffic control game. The notes mechanic made it too unnerving, like you had to be on the edge of your seat trying to hit the notes while controlling the cars, it was too much. But maybe if you remove the notes you could have a chill traffic control game where you avoid cars colliding for a certain amount of time and you add more and more cars as you progress the levels.
I like the concept of controlling cars with a whistle though, the art is cool and the music is good too (despite what I mentioned about the notes mechanic). Good job!
I really like the concept and the idea behind the game. Whistling to stop the cars from turning is a really cool mechanic, especially when it lines up with the rhythm of the music. But wow, it’s really hard. You have to focus on the music notes while also watching what the cars are doing, which can get overwhelming. Sometimes you end up spamming the notes, and then it becomes harder to control the cars the way you want. I noticed that just spamming the space bar kind of works to ignore the rhythm part, but then you lose a bit of the point of the mechanic. Visually it looks really nice, and when you manage to play the music properly it feels great. Overall it’s a cool and effective idea, nice work!
The music is hilarious; I think the game idea is super unique and fun. I did have some trouble keeping track of the cars or understanding how to manipulate them but enjoyed it none the less! Nice work!
Really like the music and the visuals.
Really like the idea, music as well, really original, and to be honest, I was not expecting to like it that much. Also hard for me to keep track of all the cars, but that's my problem because I'm listening to the music more than paying attention to cars :)
this is super cool but the backing music not being synced with the notes I was supposed to play made it impossible for me to ever get the notes without looking away from the bar down the bottom
would be super cool to be able to just spacebar away at the song expertly while I manage the traffic, but I can't possibly think about the traffic when the song is out of sync and I have to stare at it to get a single note right
