This tune has a nice mix between relaxed and energetic - fitting for a town out by the sea. Something about it has me imagine the nighttime specifically. Some of the chords have a strong dissonance for a town theme, although that may not be a bad thing - maybe something nefarious is taking place here!

I like the vibes here. Something I would try to listen for is tendency tones, there are some pitches your hitting in the melody that want to go a certain direction and they are being denied that direction and not resolving in the best way. Other than that keep up the great work :)

I really like this track, feels genuinely like a town in D/P/Pl and not just from the soundfont. That generation had a lot of very jazzy feeling progressions/melodies and odd time signatures so this feels right at home. Nice job!

This is nice. Very seaside. The chords remind me of the kind of thing Nintendo like to use for their consoles. Introducing some instrumental variation for colour would be good. In the upbeat section, the lead over the third chord feels a little dissonant and a slight change in melody there would definitely improve it.

I really appreciate the time signature changes. That in combination with the unique chords make feel like you're adding to the story of whatever this seaside town is, because it's not a normal seaside town haha. 

I like this a lot, it's very convincing as an actual song in the soundtrack with the lack of reverb. My big issue with the song is that the hi-hat (or shaker?) doesn't sound like it's in tempo, it sounds like it wants to be swing but doesn't reach it. It makes the drums sound unintentionally awkward in a way, not a total dealbreaker but it is distracting. I did like the upbeat B section where the groove changes, at this part it be nice to have a different instrument take the main melody while the sax accompanies in the background (maybe strings or an organ). With some changes this can go from great to REALLY great.
