COOL! The map is sooo big. Just amazing job!!!
Love the concept. And I love the fact that the map feels like it's been drawn by a kid but still is very accurate. It's a short experience but the gameplay idea of orienteering is actually a very good idea, you could probably keep working around this idea?
PS: I just looooove the drawing at the end.
thanks I would have used the idea better if I had more time in the jam and I'm thinking of maybe adding to this some day after the jam :)
Honestly it was great work (quite ambitious to make a 3D game in a jam) and you did it perfectly! I didn’t mean that the game seems uncomplete, rather, the concept you came up with is great, and I’d love to see you make more in the same vein!"
that's exactly what i wanted to do in the jam, i love the concept but i don't think i did a good job in the short amount of time to what the concept could be, after the jam i want to fix it to be more like the concept that i wanted :)
Super cool game you got here. I love the environment and ambience.
thanks 😁
Very nice ambience on this game, and felt like it was the beginning of a horror story or something. Wish there was more, as it was a bit too simple and can just walk straight without engaging with the world as much.
i wish i had more time to add more to it to, in the first place i was going to have a lot more things like a better environment and random location spawns but i ran out of time, thanks for playing
Finished it, was a nice experience. It reminded me of the Long Dark, a game where you can make a fire and have maps and also have to find shelter in snowy terrain.
that's cool iv never seen that game until now, my main inspiration for this game was the lack of games that give you a map but with no playing indicator on it where you have to use your navigation skills to find safety sadly i didn't have much time in the jam to fix things and add what a wanted like procedural enticement and other conditions, in the futter i might add more and change it to how i originally wanted it to be, thanks for playing :)
Open world in 3 days is bold, and i really liked the aesthetic and the mysterious vibes. Nice work!
thanks so much :) not sure why i thought it would be a good idea to make an open world game for this jam but I'm glad i did
and it is a bit too easy
the idea is fun walking around and nothing more and the fact that the whistle does nothing is kinda meh but still fun
if you blow the whistle when your getting close to the cabin you can here it whistle back , (it probably wisent the best idea for me to make an open world game in a mini game jam but oh well) thanks for playing :)
A little difficult to navigate out there, but I finally managed to make it to safety after finding the fire and whistling desperately. Nice use of the whistle, great use of theme. Nice game!
thanks so much for playing (in hindsight i could of made the game a bit easer but i started to run out of time) I'm glad you liked it :) when i have time i will play your game
