It's nice and neat, but it still took mea bit before I got the hang of what is expected of me. The sound design is clear, love how the monster in the darkness gives you cues on how the furnace is doing and such.
Would love to see this project being more fleshed out in the future, maybe with something like a money goal in mind and a bit of a storyline.
Thank you for the feedback! This jam was quite an adventure, and I didn’t really find a smart way to explain what the player should do. In the end I tried using the signs, but I know it’s not very clear.
In the future I'd like to develop it further with some story, and I’d also love to expand the incremental and automation aspects.
Thanks again for trying the game and for the feedback!
The collecting of poop was funny.
hahaha thank you, one of the best jobs in the world
Great little project. I loved the tutorials in the game area, and the premise was pretty straightforward. I'd like to see the game completed, as I'm guessing the shapes are placeholder assets. Overall, a good submission!
Thanks for playing!
Yes, the models are definitely placeholder assets. I’m pretty terrible at anything even remotely artistic, and this was the first jam I participated in as a solo developer.
Pretty neat mechanics. I could never get that dude to eat the donuts, but other than that liked most of the upgrades I saw you could get.
The only thing I think was missing was a more impactful way to automate some processes.
Thanks for playing!
Yes, the idea was to make things much more automated, but I built the whole shop and automation system on the last day of the jam. Thankfully there were those extra 24 hours to fix bugs, otherwise everything would have probably exploded xD
For the donuts, you need to drop them near the monster. You can also use the container to carry more than one at a time
This game is really well executed and has some cool systems built in.. I feel like this could be fleshed out into a successful incremental horror! I really like the world too, and the glowing red eyes creeping closer is pretty damn effective. I want better creature poop too!! lol
Thank you very much!
I'd like to develop more the incremental system of the game. I spent the first days experimenting with the furnace and the "horror" environment before figuring out where I wanted to take the gameplay hahaha

Got eaten :<
Nice game! Was fun :)
Thank you, I really enjoyed your game too!
For the creature that ate you, at the beginning it's very hard, but if you manage to buy some upgrades it becomes much easier :)
Nice game loop, it’s really addictive! I’d love to see a clear goal or an established ending (maybe I just missed it XD). The aesthetic is on point, and it’s very fun to play with the physics. Congrats on the entry! :D
Thank you very much!
No there isn't a real goal, you just have to survive and buy upgrades to automate as much as possible
