I have tried on both chromebook and android, but it still won't install. It keeps saying 'app not installed, no matter what I do. I even did a factory reset.

I'm sorry to bother you but I've tried to download this game (9 times min'), like yourself I eventually get to the install process and...it doesn't work. I'm using an Android smartphone from 2018, so majority of my download attempts have been for the last download option. However same happens when I choose new Android device. It's driving me up the wall. Have you found out what finally allowed it to install on your device?
