Hello! I was wondering if any of you knew a free piece of software where you can create music. Can y'all recommend something? :P

For that, I use BandLab (you need to make an account... oh, and it only works if you have internet) whenever I want to make some music for funsies... But if you need to use some advance beat-making tools, you can check FL Studio (beware, it's not free (but it's only a one-time pay though)) :D

Reaper is free to evaluate (somewhat) indefinitely with a nag screen. It comes with quite a step learning curve though. 

There's a program on Steam called Bosca Ceoil Blue Album. It's a cool music-making app, and it's free, too.

FL Studio has a free demo version, it doesn't let you save the work you make but you CAN export it

I use LLMS, it is not super easy, but for chiptunes/retro it's ok. And it's free
