I am a young game designer though I don't have alot of skill does any one have any tips of what engine to use or anything else.

I'm pretty sure Construct, Gamemaker or GDevelop are pretty easy game engines for beginners if that's what you're looking for!

If you're interested in making a text-based game, Twine can be used to very easily create branching stories (including more complex options such as an inventory or illustrations).

Also on the text side, but more involved, there is Inform for making parser-based text adventures (of the "TAKE [item]"/"USE [item]"/etc. type).
