How does your game represent "Slick"?
In this physics based platformer, the slickness of the ground becomes one of your biggest opponents, but if you master the movement you can pull off some tech that's pretty slick too lmao

The aesthetics of this game are top-notch! Whatever textures and shaders you used really came together for a beautiful little world. As for the mechanics: it took a bit of time to train myself not to press A and D to move left and right, but once I managed to figure out spinning, the world really opened up! Very fun game. Excellent work!
thanks! I was really trying to rely as heavily as I could on sampling multioctave noise and putting it over low poly models to cut corners, but I think it actually ended up being my favorite aspect of the project. I'm definitely gonna explore physics based movement like this in a more intuitive control scheme with my next game. Thank you so much for the feedback!
a bot tough and the music is... interesting but I like the control scheme and the idea of being a spinny snowman!
yeah, I definitely went a bit too hard modifying flex plugins in FLstudio and it's kinda headache inducing lol. Switching to vital as my VST and not overengineering songs if they're not bangers. Thanks so much for the feedback and checking this out. I'm glad you liked the control scheme, is there anything about it you would change?
Hm from what I remember it was a bit hard to aim, maybe a double jump where you could reaim your direction mid air or something lol
I like the world you created here! I was having some trouble adjusting to the slipperiness of the controls, I felt it took a while to adjust between going slow and going fast. The idea of spinning to get a higher jump at the risk of precision was cool.
thanks! I gotta say I'm a big fan of how seamlessly you fit the tutorial of your game into the gameplay and incrementally introduced stuff
I cleaned 16 windows!
