Nice game, but it's a bit hard to control. The interaction system is kind of finnicky, it doesn't let you interact with something if you're not in a certain position. Also, the UI is not very clear, I found two issues: 1) it wasn't clear for me that I had to click on the ingredients to add them to the bowl after bringing them to the mixing station. 2) The oven also is unclear when it's open and when it's closed, maybe if you make the button text dynamic it would help (instead of saying "open/close", make it say "open" when it's closed and "close" when it's open).
But the core loop is there, so kudos for that! Keep it up!
Oh, thank you very much for the feedback.
i see the vision here, it would be nice to have the controls in-game. all the steps here are fun, it's just the chocolate icing one that did not work for me for some reason. very nice game though, keep it up.
I like your lil concept! Took me a while to figure out how to bake a cake without any UI as visual help but the minigames were fun once I figured out how to play it, it rlly emulates the feeling of baking a real cake ^^ Though, the chocolate icing minigame was really laggy, I hope you can find a way to optimize it, and when I drop an ingredient on the floor, it's really hard to pick it back up, but overall good job :D
(srry if you get double notifs youre the first game i rated, i thought it'd be better to post my comment here ^^')
Well thank you for playing. It's my first time modifying images in game, but definitely solved by phase 2
