Pre-made Asset?

Hi ( ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ ) ◜✨
I'm considering joining the jam this year. In relation to this rule,
" -Any art, music, and writing for the games must be created during the jam period, not prior. "
Does it mean that pre-made assets will not be allowed? As in, every element of the game must be developed during the jam period?
For jams, I sometimes supplement the project with things like, voice packs, sound effects, music and background elements sourced from various creators on itch.io. It's not really much of an issue for me if it's not allowed, but I do still want to be sure of the extent of the rule.

Hey there, sorry for the slightly long silence - needed to wait for the other judges to be around to give their opinion.

In the end, our decision is actually fairly simple: We can't really expect people to make 100% of a game's assets themselves, so using pre-made assets is fine as long as they are from freely accessible sources which are credited! Basically, as long as the assets aren't from a paid pack or especially made for you, it is perfectly fine to use them - anyone else could do the same, that's our logic.
