I am making my game on scratch, and I don't know why but the project wont compress into a ZIP file, so will HTML be allowed?
Are you using turbowarp? Because if so, it should be packaging, and if not, https://packager.turbowarp.org/ should be helpful

I'm sure they will, but your game should also be an exe file if you get included in the collection.
