Lovely, congratulation. Its easy to understand and play. Next time please choose a programming languag instead of a big Engine.
A fun little game, though it gets repetitive towards the end. The art is very pretty, and there's something so exciting about filling the space up despite its simplicity. I wish there was a bit more variety to the plants so that we could strategize more, or maybe some sort of decay mechanic that some other plants could postpone? All in all, I think the concept works! Just needs a bit more time to cook.
Great game, i think the one who must be at least top 10 of the game. Great conccept and visuals!
I really liked the idea, but at some point, the game becomes a routine of planting plants without any strategy, which is not very fun.
Solid starting point. Nice art and chill music.
I personally do not like randomness in getting seeds. It would be better if the price for each was set (it can scale, depending on various factors), or at least an ability to keep seeds so as not to plant them immediately. Cause being, that right now there is little point in removing plants.
If you plan on working on this game after the jam, I would suggest adding more interactions between plants and between plants and enviroment. Something that would not be immediately apparent, require experimentation and interesting to discover. Loop Hero is a great example.
Also, cactus is bad. That makes me sad. Change it and make it viable. =)
Sound is chill, could use some additional FX for the plants/money.
I'd like to the seed pack mechanic expanded, it gives the game personality.
With somer QoL and UX enhancements I could definitely see it as a full game, the progression could be made into "stages" with disabled and custom tiles (see Loop Hero), but I'd love to hear if you have any plans for it.
My main issue is that it feels a tad slow towards the end. Great job with the game!
Nifty game - nice art and vibe, but gets a lil repetitive before the game ends! More variety would complete this :)
I immediately found myself sucked into this and played til the end, great chill time!!
