Great work! The only thing I’d suggest is maybe refining the controls a bit. Switching between the mouse and keyboard felt a little awkward at times, but overall it’s coming along really well.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! For sure I agree with that. We intend to look into it.

very clever idea, and a very good implementation!

brother, this game is just not a place for the current jam this felt like a fully complete game with the theme implemented super super perfectly, there was really nothing to dislike about this game and i would hope to see you among the first places, there was too many content and human/zombie types and it's not just hit/attack you think ahead to see which is the better enemy to kill first and it was balanced aswell, that was a real hard work by you and keep up the great work! ❤️ 5/5 from me

Developer(+1)

Absolutely honored to hear that... Thank you so much!

btw the static standing wooden thing ( i don't know what's called ) it was really super satisfying ignoring it and thinking like "ofc it's not gonna do something powerful" and then it went nuts on my zombie 😂 that was my best moment of this game and it was really fun

Developer

haha I love the scarecrow. It's Diego's favorite.

I love the art and character's faces haha

pretty good game!

wow the game seems really deep.  Nice work!

Developer

Thank you so much! We wanted the dungeon to feel complete and to have a lot of challenges. I am glad thisi s the most common compliment it's getting.

Had a lot of fun playing the game ! Thanks for making it.

One thing that bothers me is that some skill description tooltips have a text too long to be red, andit seems impossible to scroll through them. I had to figure out some of them on my own.

Other than that, great game and also a good potential for future improvments I think !

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing the game!

We noticed that the skill descriptions were too long far too close to the jam's end and had no time to implement a realistic solution. But we are glad you enjoyed the game regardless!

This is impressive for a 2 week game jam. I genuinely enjoy playing it.

Developer

Thank you!! I am really happy you enjoy it. We loved making it.

Awesome game, good gameplay loop (especially since I finished Fear and Hunger a few weeks ago). Towards the end of my game, I had a crash when a blue enemy with a sword used Inspire, and it seemed to target one of my skeletons summoned by a necromancer who had just died.

Developer(+1)

Haha that's for sure one of our inspirations here. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Sorry about that crash, we didn't catch that one, we'll look into it. The game saves your data though, so you can always give it another shot!

Nice progressive gameplay loop,, & the sound effects for the attacks feel punchy and satisfying - the mood and design of the game works well too. I think it's very impressive for a 2 week time frame, and overall feels like the most finished and fully executed project I've played in the jam so far - great work guys !

Developer

Thank you so much for the kind words. I enjoyed your project as well!

We achieved a fully executed project by not sleeping, at least I can say that's the case on my end, haha. We'll see what we can do with this one in the future.

The game is pretty good, the graphics is also amazing i am amazed you guys pulled just a finished game in 14 days, ofc i didn't completed the whole game but i have played a little bit and its good to go. I think you guys should publish it maybe on Crazy games or Poki.

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much :sob: I put a lot of love and effort into drawing this huge cast... It was absolutely a ton of work, but we pulled it off by cramming in the hours, haha. We'll look into putting the project elsewhere or perhaps growing it more into a bigger game if the reception continues being this supportive!

Sure! this is the games we want in market instead of those Brain Rotten shits

Visuals are great! I'm not sure about mixing the tower def with jrpg battle style, I think those things are for two different audiences... But it's still fun, so maybe you can make it!

Is actually kinda more addicting than it looks, good short jam!

Developer

Good to hear! Thanks!

Developer

It was very lovely to have drawn all this game even in such a short amount of time.

I hope everyone who plays enjoys!
