I see the potential for a great management game:
if some upgrades are added, and some money from the quests. You, as the guild leader, send out your party members to quests, pay them wages, handle some disputes, hire / fire members

Yeah I didn't have as much time as I had liked to work on other features; I actually have in code a framework for most of your suggestions actually, just couldn't get a playable loop going by deadline. But that was pretty much all what I had in mind as well haha
