Super simple and super well done, i mean like O was fully locked in and NEEDED to finish this one lol, def a few times where i misclicked a w right infront of the spider since the guy was running at me LOL. great concept and absolutley loved the horror aspect. Never didsee that third monster, hope you work more on this and make it a longer, more windy with more monsters to add to the book!

this games concept is really nice , love the visuals , (the spider monster keep killing me somehow )
Really enjoyed everything about this. The art style was cool and the gameplay was very fun!
Really liked this one. The design was minimal and elegant. Appreciate how the different monster types synergize with each other, e.g. spider building up tension while the crawler guy approaches. Played it through to the finish even though it was scary and I kept dying lol. Doing 3D my default thought is to make everything continuous, but the controls here are discretized (steps instead of continuous motion) in way that makes your design feel come through and feel more deliberate.
Thank you for this detailed feedback. Im glad to hear that you did finish the game. I have many experience in developing 2d games and that's probably why this game turned out to be 2D. First system that I added was mapGeneration, where every entity(hideout and monsters) lives on a single INTEGER index and from that point game started to become more 2D. Its interesting to hear another opinion from people with different experiences :) Thanks for sharing it
The idea and art style were very cool. Did a great job on the monsters. I liked the monster logs in the help book.
Gameplay was a little monotonous.
This is absolutely amazing! I love the style of the game, it's super unique. I was especially in awe when I saw that Pester's legs were actually stretched human fingers! Good job!
This is absolutely amazing!! Super unique, well made and really scary. Well done! Definitely my favourite in the jam
saw you sharing your game on the discord and i instantely knew i had to try it hahah
the pester is really anoying sometimes but damn your game was cool as hell and so is the art style!!
i ended up dying to the pest, crawler and stalker a few times but i never encountered the fourth monster....
That's literally how I imagine the Nutty Putty cave experience to be :D
Very nice, awesome work!
