I really like the concept here, although I think it was very difficult play, because there were so many attributes to keep track of. The fact that I could lie more than 2 times was also odd, given the rule about max 2 lies. I wonder if you wanted to keep all those attributes, it could have been helpful to get some feedback on how many of the total pool a Y or N answer related to. or some other way to filter through profiles as you provide answers.
This is a good implementation of Guess Who, I just wish I could view my chosen character's stats when answering the questions. I lied about everything and it outsmarted the phantom lol. I liked the UI a lot, it looks really good and does a good job fitting all the info on the screen properly. Good job!
You're supposed to lie only twice.
Alright, this is a fantastic way to implement a single-player quiz game! It’s truly unique; I’ve never seen anything quite like it. I really loved it, and I’d definitely like to see it fully developed.
That said, the lack of images and having only boxes with initials does take away a bit from the immersion. But I totally understand that, given the limited time, it’s a lot to ask. I also had to switch to fullscreen to properly enjoy it, so I’d suggest making it go fullscreen automatically when you click play.
The theme is implemented decently, even if it felt a bit easier to win than to lose. Overall though, great job, really unique and interesting!
Very interesting spin on a guessing game. Nice mechanics. Had to go full screen to see the text correctly. Not sure on the 0% because many times I evaded it and got a “win” scenario. Good job!
You're only supposed to lie twice at max. Thats probably why you're able to evade.
Interesting Idea of a single player guess who kind of game. I'm impressed by the amount of attributes that each character was assigned
Really cool idea! There were a little too many properties on the characters and I could only memorize a few lol. Overall, pretty cool!
Interesting idea and a cool take on the theme. You built a pretty huge db of characters and properties, which was impressive. I ended up taking screenshots of the profiles before picking on because there was no way I was remembering all that lol. Presentation was nice and clean too, and the UI sounds felt satisfying.
Thanks for the feedback. The memorization aspect could have been removed tbh :)
Trying to outsmart something that’s guessing through your lies is surprisingly funny. The concept is really cool and has a lot of potential.
Thanks for reviewing
I like the modified Clue concept. It would be great if the game stopped you from lying more than twice. Also the memorisation seems unnecessary. There are 20+ attributes per profile. You could just have the chosen profile accessible from the questions page.
I didn't want the player to have to tell the game when he/she is lying. thats why I didn't add a mechanic to stop. Agree about the memorization, that would make the experience much better. Thanks for the feedback
