A fun infinite runner—you did a great job. You made a really solid game. There’s still plenty of room for improvement, but what you achieved here is impressive.
Thanks mate, appreciate it :>.
Pretty little platformer with a nice decision-making mechanic. Loved the music and the SFX. The game could be improved a tad bit more with an addition of coyote time, as I fell down the platforms way more than I would like to admit. Fun game nonetheless.
Not the most easy thing to create an endless runner for a jam, congrats for that!
The gameplay feels a bit unfair, so I wasn't able to reach the golden ratio (5:1).
Unfair because:
Anyway, I think the concept of reshaping the world is an interesting one, maybe doing it collectively could help this theme shine in your game?
You think this can be improved so much, if so why not I will definitely be happy to work on this further. Anyway, I was planning to improve it considering feedback I received from others related to coyote time and other feature which is require to make it more fun. Thanks for your time and feedback.
I liked the idea of the game, procedural generation is quite difficult to get right so good job on that, the sound and music fit well into the game. There is a bug where if I click space during the forest/industry dialog then the character would jump immediately after the decision, which caused me to die a couple of times because I was already timing my jump to the next platform, but then the choice would come up earlier on that platform but I pressed space anyway because I couldn't react in time. The UI can be improved, but I really liked the backgrounds
Notes from gameplay:
Great effort, especially considering how little time we had! I can't believe you were able to do procedural generation in the time frame!
[ Seems no matter what I pick, I end up with industry, I selected forest twice but it says I'm industry-heavy!, The end of level choice between forest and industry happened when I was in midair, so I fell to my death after deciding ]. These are key points you mentioned I will definitely improve on this as I was focusing on these aspects more I feel ashamed to not deliver it properly as developer but will improve on next update.
