This is so clever, I can see the huge potential to build on this.

All the best x

Really enjoy what you've been able to make.  Would love to see a wrap up screen at the end of the 10 day period so you can see what crazy game you made at the end, and you could get bonuses based on the cohesion between certain features that were added to your game.

Developer

That's such an amazing suggestion, thank you!!

That's exactly the kind of thing I felt was missing, the reward for putting stuff together, yes you get money but there was something missing and I couldn't  put my finger on it, this sounds exactly IT ! :)

To the folks who actively play and are part of the "cozy community."

Besides more stuff to do with the assets and the gameplay loop - which we simply ran out of time for this jam...

What would you envision in a game like ours?

What would you add?

- Decorating your workspace,
 - Some additional feature,
-  Some mechanic you have seen in similar genre games and loved?

ANY suggestions are highly appreciated.
Reply with any you might have, thank you!
:)

Mechanics are interesting, I think it could definitely expand pretty far, keep it up.

Nice feeling game,, especially when u get a good discount on some assets :) I also really liked the sound design and how it emphasizes the laid back nature of the game

Developer

Thanks for the feedback!

This jam has been great so far, getting feedback about what people enjoyed and how they see the game is so valuable! :)

Love the graphics and sound effects!

Thanks for checking out our game!

One of my fears was that the sound effects, especially the ones zombie assets make, would throw off the relaxing vibe we were going for, but so far there haven't been any mentions of it haha.

The game's mechanics and art are very good.

Thank you! :)

Got stuck at the drag mechanic for a while, at the cost of more content... but we are determined to continue this game with hopes of getting it onto Steam.

Liked the one of the theme on this one. It's very simple but I can see the potential of the idea.

Hey! Saw you rated already 2 games right before I rated them and decided to try your game :)

Very well executed game, loved the art style and the cozy vibes, overall a very fun game :)

Developer

I will pass along the kind words to the artist as well haha

Fun theme interpretation, cozy vibes, great visuals... It's not too deep, but I think this is what the audience for these games is actually looking for. It's my favorite so far (well, there actually is a game I like more, but THIS game makes the theme work for me much better)

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Thanks for the feedback!

It really was one of my bigest fears that it's not fun enough, like that there isn't really anything that "deep" to do, especially with 60% of upgrades still locked haha.

But you made a great point, cozy and relaxing was exacly what we were going for and it's really reassuring to hear.
