Really liked that idea of different stages of the level. also the climbing and swinging-physics worked really well. great work :)
feels like a very good start to many possibilies :)
some slight nausea-inducing bugs happend in the labyrinth level where i had some problems with the pickable objects. the flashlight once yeeted me out of the level and i got stuck in the wall. and on multiple occasions i happended to stand on the spheres and actually rotated with them. very weird feeling since i am testing while standing :D
that might be fixable by using different physics-layers for the player and the objects :)
Nice climbing and grappling. I did not match you :( though so I dunno if there are levels after that one. Also didn't really get that it was a time trial, but makes sense in hindsight.
Nice work, I recorded my playthrough:
Thanks for your video really does help me understand the flaws but. You seem to have ran into the bug I talked about and missed the other 2 levels you can fix it by grabbing the orb that was behind you then climbing back to the top and it will be in the correct position. Unfortunately was not something I knew how to fix still very new. these posts have been very helpful so thank you!
neat spiderman mechanics with wall climbing, the alternate level to switch to was visually unique although it was a little confusing at first but then i realized youre racing the weird shape lol. good work!
Nice idea, would deserve to be explored further.
I didn't hear any audio... ;(
Looks like it's your second game and your first in VR! Congrats and KUTGW!
Interesting concept, having a "retro" version of the level to rewind to, where there's some other mechanics. It would be a cool idea to flesh out a little further! Great job on getting as far as you did during the jam :-)
