Love the atmosphere.

Amazing game for a 9-day jam ! The mechanics work well, even though I didn't use the decoy much. The movement felt nice, the graphics and sound were on point. I loved it !

It's crazy you managed to make such a polished game in the span of this jam, congrats guys this is really good !

Beautiful game, I'm always amazed when people managed to put together such a good-looking 3D game in 9 days. The gameplay was fun, I played ~30 minutes just to try out what I can do, where I can go, how can I break it. I liked that implicitly had multiple ways to get to the markers. I'd like to say that I managed to get the MacGuffin without harming anyone, but that's not the case. One of my favorite things was that I could climb trees to get to the rooftops.

I'm not sure how the checkpoints work, because I got #1 (to the right) alright, then I got caught a few times while messing around and it got me back to that, that's clear. However, when I got to #2 (center back), I got caught while opening it, and while it loaded back to #1, I still had 2/3.

The controls have a nice flow, though a few times I expected to be able jump to a certain place and I couldn't. Also, it was unexpectedly hard to get out of the water.

The level design was also great, not only good looking, but really encouraged scouting and planning ahead. I especially liked that the player sees the ominous tower in the very beginning, foreshadowing where the MacGuffin will be. The enclosing mountains were a bit ugly, but completely fine for a jam game where this would be the last of your priorities.

The menu was also beautiful with nice animations. I expected to be able to close the pause menu with ESC, but that's just a minor nitpick.

A shadow version of the enemies seemed to remain in place after reloading a checkpoint, not sure if it was intentional or a bug, but it was a bit confusing at first.

The enemies were sometimes bugging out, shaking in place. I also found a place where I could just cheese them until they gave up:

Wow, thanks for leaving such detailed feedback! A few things definitely could have used some more attention, but of course, nine days was barely enough for such an ambitious project. I'll be sure to touch up on everything you mentioned now that we have the time.

Thank you for playing!

Really like the art and the UI of the game, the controls were hard to understand at first. It feels challenging, I was afraid to lost the progress after the first key, thankfully you guys added checkpoints.

This is a beautiful game :) I loved that I was able to climb onto the rooftops! It's crazy how much you were able to do in such a short amount of time.

Super ambitious concept, and it turned out surprisingly fun and playable!

Controls can be a little clunky and enemies not resetting after failure threw me off, but I had a great time overall.

Developer

Thanks for playing! Enemies are supposed to reset after failure, but since that was a last-day addition, it looks like a bug made it through. I'll definitely look into that.

I was a bit confused on where to go / what my objective was.  The art from the main menu to gameplay was incredible.  Absolutely amazed your team managed to fit all that art, level design, and mechanics into 9 days.   The stealth takedowns were fun. I mostly just ran around taking out as many guards as possible.

Lots to like about this, above all the overall art direction. The capsule and main menu art is stunning and all the colours, fonts and animations so well chosen to create a really immersive first impression. Huge kudos to the artist. I also appreciate the setting generally, it stands out from the crowd for feeling a bit different!

I like that the game communicates with colour which enemies have their back turns and which dont. I struggled a lot with the controls though and didn't get far into it. The one assassination I managed was satisfying, but I wish when I was found out there was an easier, better way to get away. I felt a little too out of control to want to retry too many times.

But that's easily optimizable, and there's great potential for a very fun game here, with certainly a lot of polish and quality already.

Developer

It was definitely a privilege to work with an artist as talented as Kyveri. Thanks for the feedback!

Impressive ! Such an ambitious idea, I didn't expect the game to be playable and fun !
Some controls are a bit clunky, and the fact that enemies doesn't reset their positions after a fail fools me sometimes... But I had fun from start to finish !

Developer

Whoops, they are supposed to reset... will look into that. Thanks for playing!

Very ambitious and well polished, the main menu animations are incredble, the 3d animations of the protagonist are crazy good! Congratulations, awesome game!

What a crazy ambitious project. Great visuals, a huge map, quite some mechanics, and even vertical gameplay. The audio also matches very well. Awesome entry! My only nitpicks are the stuck npcs with sometimes erratic movement, and the climbing mechanic, which should be something you actively do imho. I failed too often just from accidentally climbing a nearby tree. Nevertheless, well done!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the kind words! Time was pretty tight, so sorry for the rough implementation of the NPCs and climbing. I'll be sure to tweak those if we make a post-jam update.

Awesome stuff! Kyveri's visuals are beautiful as always.  I had a ton of fun picking apart the map once I figured out a good system for luring the guards around. It seems like there's a "searching" state where you can't get directly behind the guards when they're stationary after being distracted with a whistle. There's not much visual feedback for that so I was a bit confused at first there. Regardless, this is a great entry!

Developer

Implementation was definitely a bit rushed on some things like that, so sorry for the confusion. Thanks for playing!

it's a good game but my computer can't run it well it's laggy also the mouse sensitivity is why too high for me, and got stuck inside a building

Submitted(+1)

My potato PC was sadly not able to get through the whole game, but I really liked what I WAS able to see 馃榿Was really excited to try this one, only criticism I have is that the mouse sensitivity was very high by default, especially since I'm used to using my mouse with my whole arm. I was able to adjust tho! Very nice graphics and sound, the enemies are simple but very well arranged, overall I really liked it!

Developer(+1)

Sorry about the poor performance and high mouse sensitivity! Thanks for playing!

pretty good art, unfortunelly i couldnt' finish the game because my pc is not that good to run it smoothly

Thanks for playing!

I followed the development of the game through the Discord, really impressive that a game like this was made in only 9 days. Especially with custom assets! Very impressive, good job!

I'm sad to say I could not play it in its entirety because it ran quite poorly on my Linux laptop, but that's probably my own fault, as it is a bit old haha.

In any case, the game does look gorgeous and looks very interesting! And it slightly twists the theme in a way that is quite unique from the other games I played in the jam so far.

Great job everyone! Keep at it!

Thank you for the kind words!

This ran horribly on my laptop (it has a terrible GPU), and the mouse sensitivity was too high for me to comfortably look around - would've appreciated a setting for that.

The home screen and what I managed to play of the game before my laptop took off into the sky were both amazing, though! I did fall out of the map 4 times, but I'm guessing it was my singe frame per second's fault...

Developer(+1)

Ahh yeah we forgot about the sensitivity sliders, will definitely add in later once we can. Sorry for the bad performance  I do think the the lower fps may of caused the issues for falling through

Developer(+1)

Sorry to hear that! This is definitely pretty intensive graphics-wise. I'll be sure to add a sensitivity slider if we ship a post-jam update.

Thanks for trying it out anyway!

realy impressive work achieved in a week. Game is pretty fun also but it can be very easy when you understand 1/2 tips
