This was super fun! Felt really satisfying to pay off my debt. I loved that you used so many of the wildcards as well. My only gripe was that the music became very repetitive very quickly, perhaps a longer track, or multiple tracks would suit better for this type of game!
Overall awesome take on the theme, and I loved the D&D elements! Nice job

Really nice job on this one! I really liked that the difference jobs required different skills. Is the upgrade that the guys get random? You should be super proud of this! Thanks for making and sharing it :)
I enjoyed that one, directly from the start Jose.
The Games name, GangSticks and your Thumbnail brought me here, somehow very appealing ;)
Music was fitting the mood of the game, I liked the Paper appeal and those tiny animation, i especially liked to the "planning phase" and to stick my crew members to the different roles of the "mission".
I would think a big improvement for me would be if I could choose how to spend the XP on Level up, to not have my best arcobatic dude, getting an upgrade for intelligence and so on.
I like the silly Introstory, build into the tutorial. I like the silly portaits and tiny animations.
I had a good time with your game. But I only did 4 complete days, after that it became a bit stale, especially since my beloved Rob was catched by the police ;)
Maybe for the jam it would be ok to just go with 4-5 days instead of 8.
Good Job guys! Well done!
You did such a great job with the heists gameplay. Asigning robbers to the relevant roles works like a charm. The dice rolling is thrilling and the whole system of required number of successes o the heat mechanics are also very good addition.
I had a lot of fun playing your game!
Great game! I enjoyed it from start to finish. Everything feels well balanced.
Rob is best guy.
I love how you can pin your guys on the board to send them to the job, kinda satisfying like you would on a whiteboard or pinboard. Managing a crew is always fun and I love the aesthetic of it!
Great work :)
This is so good, I really enjoyed this. I am super impressed with how well you managed to communicate so much information. Everything that happens during a heist and has to be done is so clear, and I am really thinking about who to send where and trying better configurations. That feels really good, and it's cool to see a first example of how that can work amongst some other hireling-simulators I've played.
The graphics have such a unique style to them, I think the overall art direction is great! I would say that this is an area that could do with a little improvement if you want to polish it up after the jam- I don't think the stretched textures work entirely well, and more than anything I think the white fonts let it down a bit, they're not the most readable and feel a bit placehodlery to me rather than fully intentional. But that's a small gripe - This is fantastically executed, and everything works so smoothly in order!
High score from me, congrats on the game!
Thanks for the feedback!
I wish that I knew more about how fonts work and what makes them readable! It's something I have never really thought about until working on this UI heavy jam game. We were getting our faces stuffed with unreadable text from day 1 haha
I guess you learn something new every jam
