The game has a lot of charm. Since you advertised touch controls I gave it a try on my phone. I worked fine, though there was a glitch with paw direction. Touch for Godot doesn’t change mouse position until next press, so the paw won’t and could end up facing the wrong direction between presses. Maybe it could work if you have separate code for mobile that has the paw move on button released instead of pressed. Otherwise great game!
Yo, thanks for checking it out. :) Noticed the touch issue on mobile too late; as I used a touchscreen on my pc to test, which does mouse emulation… Will do a tiny update to that after the jam, and remember to check on mobile for next time.

Good game! It's funny how you can catch the food when it's moving and also just before it enters humans' mouths. The sounds are good. I would like to see a score in the UI when I'm playing, to be excited to break my high score before breaking my high score, if that makes sense. Congrats on the entry!
