Game Over is VERY catchy!
Thanks, I'm glad you liked it! =]
I'm not going to lie, me and my students played Game Over on my laptop and had a little impromptu dance party. It's simple but has a nice little groove to it! I also really liked that raunchy bit crushed sound that came in at 0:44 in Winter Break. That was hip!
This is probably the first time my music has been played in a group setting (Outside of me and my friends), lol. Thank you for your Review!
These feel like something I could dance to! I like Winter Break especially
Thank you for your Review! I listen to alot of deadmau5 (Who makes EDM), and i think it bleeds into my work(Which wasnt good for the theme of the jam, but im glad you liked it anyways =] ) EDIT: I originally wrote "Who makes danceable EDM", just to realize what EDM stands for, lol
Game Over - I really like the beat of this song, though it is a kind of repetitive, but for what it is its pretty nice.
Winter Break - This song is really nice, its got both chill and happy vibes, I like that a lot.
Graveyard Battle - Feels really spooky, its really fun to listen to. Probably less fitting for background music but its also my favorite!
You managed to fit your songs to the theme really well and overall I think you did a nice job. Keep up the good work!🔥
Thank you for your individual review of each song! Im glad you enjoyed them =]
Hey there! Quite a bit of neat stuff in this submission, especially in Winter Break.
My feedback to you - I think with regards to the theme, I'd say that the music overall is a little too "involved" to be background music IMO. I'd say this probably stems from the fact that the drums are pretty prominent in the music. Not necessarily a bad thing, just maybe not appropriate for the theme. I think some of the repetition in the harmony helped ease that a little bit.
Thanks for sharing what you've made, keep up the good work :)
Thanks for the feedback! And yes, i noticed that too, and was considering scrapping it all, but i decided to just submit and see what happens. Im glad you still like it tho!
