Nice!! Simple but knows its scope. Game jams are such a cool way to get familiar with an engine and workflow and it's so cool you're getting back into game development after so long! I'm exploring new options as I want to change job, which is how I got back to something I liked doing: video games. So my goal for now will be to participate in future game jams to improve my skills and build a portfolio!
This feels like a really great first pass! I found it pretty fun even though it was a quick game. With some art, and music I think it could be quite charming!! Great entry :)
Thanks! Indeed, I wanted to add more but there were a lot of things I didn't think to plan and time got me at the end.
At least I managed to finish something and submit. So I just need to learn from my mistakes and also extract reusable code from this submission to be faster next time. =)
