I managed to get to Voraciousness level 13, and I still haven't gotten the Beginner Preything achievement. I used a Reward Pouch to push me to Level 10, so maybe that's the reason why it didn't properly trigger. Unless, there is something else that I need to do to get that achievement in addition to having a level higher than 10.

I don't think those achievements track at all, given regardless of how you level it doesn't show progress on them
