How did you interpret the theme?
I interpreted "Go To Town" as the idiom for going wild and giving it your all. Instead of a literal location, I focused on high-intensity action and exaggeration: ink explosions everywhere, relentless enemy waves, and aggressive combat. I wanted the player to "go to town" on the notebook pages with non-stop chaos.

Great game, wow! Extremely satisfying art and sound effects. Also really liked the cover art. Even though there are only two enemies, I feel like they are both polished and very well done, especially the eraser throwing alien. The pencil reload animation is great as well. I found that standing in the back top corner was kinda broken and I was able to rack up a score of 830 before some of the ground enemies got stuck under a staircase and swarmed me when I came down lol. Idk if you plan to add to it but if you do maybe have items spawn in the bottom middle so campers have incentive to go down? Regardless a very well done game!
