This was an amazing rhythm game! The story had me hooked from the start, and once that first note hit I was in love. The music in this game is TOP NOTCH! The tracks are so wonderfully evil, and the atmosphere is perfectly creepy. Phenomenal project!
It's a very fun rhythm game. The premise is also incredibly interesting
This game reminds me of "Faith: the unholy trinity" and with that I mean
HOLY SHIT WHY IS THIS SO CHARMINGLY NERVERACKING.
Seriously good work I'm shit at rhytm games so I died really fast.
But I have a sneaking suspicion that then hitboxes are too small, cause I swear to god I timed that perfectly why didn't I win AAARRRHHGGG
But other than that this is Peak
What an idea and art direction ! The music was so cool, so well mixed, I so want to know whith what tool it was made. Congrats to you all <3
Some parts were actually recorded live by composer Felpo using his electric guitar, although you'd have to ask him for specifics.
Hey, Milan! Thanks a lot for your comment! I used a lot of midi tracks on Ableton Live but as Tright said above, I also record a lot of guitars myself. Glad you enjoyed it!
"I'm just going to say a few words real quick, this wont hurt at all."
*Starts breaking it down*
Nah but this was really good, and difficult. the art was nice and reminded me of Faith the unholy trinity, though I've never played it.
Really good game and really good music! The only thing missing is a calibration setting because the note and music timing was a bit off for me.
Hey, GameCubeM64. I'm so happy that you enjoyed it! It's my third jam and i'm also happy that people liked it. Thanks a lot.
Really enjoyed this one, great visual design! Didn't get what the red notes mean but figured red=bad? I loved all the sliding notes and steep difficulty, but the button press timing was somewhat tricky/weird though, maybe a tiny bit more forgiving window for a correct button press would make it more enjoyable!
Intended on adding a tutorial screen at the start but just kind of forgot to
I suck at precise rhythm games but this was really cool! Good mix of horror and rhythm
This was great! simply awesome, definitely a likely contender for the top out of all the games I've played. This was fun, creative and just well polished. My one complaint is that there was no input offset option. (Also what was faith, I tried replaying the game but it was down at zero)
This was cool. I loved the songs and atmosphere. I'd like to know what the other two endings are, but I barely was able to get the low faith. We shall see though.
yeah love the game, but WAY too hard, the imputs are too spesific, and way too many. If your gonna make a rhythm game, you cant just shove them into it, no intro, and instintly get hard. I'd like to think im good at rhythm games, playing games like osu! and fnf and being mildly good at them, but I think this system were theres only one timing that works, and that timing being perfect, nah its just too hard for an intro, but honestly amazing concept might play again if it gets easier
Goodd graphiccss and cool concept
Dude wait no wtf this was actually so good, it reminded me of Faith and Shed Horror, and I'm normally so ahh at rhythm games but I could get through it all in one try wooo to the hooo!!! One problem I found was that the audio seemed to randomly cut out in the web build but I'm not sure if that's on my end
