Write what  you think about the 0.9.0 build - suggestions, thoughts etc.

(+11)(-2)

Bug report for 0.9.0i: Can't eat cracker snacks from MRE's after partially eating one and storing it in the inventory.

(+2)

I don't know if it's the same issue but i am also noticing that my Kel says he doesn't want to eat the crackers without even finishing a whole pack. I assume it is the "food fatigue" mechanic but with how many crackers the mres give it seems a bit fast imo.

(+1)

Kel does get sick of crackers very quickly compared to how common they are. I've had a dozen packs of crackers sitting around and still collapsed from hunger because he just won't eat them.

(+4)

oh yeah that was hilarious, i had a moment on stream where kell fell down from hunger and bashed their head on the counter, dropped their glasses, looked at a cracker pack and firmly declared "i dont want to eat that" before passing out again. thankfully there were cockroaches all over the floor and they were perfectly willing to gobble them like cheetos. in the end your best bet for the cracker packs might be to drop all them into a pile on the floor and let them attract cockroaches, you never get tired of eating them raw

(+2)

This does feel extremely silly though, especially when actively starving to death. Maybe ignore fatigue when under 1% hunger or something.

Kel already eats anything while Food is <10%. The "Food Fatigue" is ignored when <10% Food.

(+4)(-1)

I noticed that too, but it didn't stick out as particularly weird to me. These are MRE crackers we're talking about, after all; probably incredibly boring.

(+2)

Im having strange troubles whenever the drones come. they link up with my inventory and sell everything in it. quitting and reopening the game hasnt fixed it so i am pretty confused. but so far other than that the game plays pretty much normally

(+18)

Will the fire exit doors, top of garage hatch and wine cellar entrance be openable at some point in the future?

(1 edit) (+46)(-15)

I like the new controls, new machines (signal finding equipment and transformers), new ATV, new drone, and current base.

(+18)(-6)

Crazy how the people here downvote any comment even remotely positive about the new update, lmao

(+13)(-2)

I don't understand why some see others enjoying something that they themselves are not enjoying as a bad thing. Do they think my positive comment is a vote in an election of weather or not to keep the changes, and I am "voting" for the wrong candidate? Don't like the new controls? Then ask for a switch in the settings, don't get mad at everyone that enjoys them like their enjoyment is an insult. And sometimes it isn't even about weather the new change is better or worse, instead it is about the change itself. Some people get so upset when they need to learn something new or change how they have been doing something, even if it is better/easier for them.

(+3)

Whether... Sorry

(+1)

Thank you, I didn't know that is how whether was spelled, I thought it was spelled the same either way. I would rather be corrected than be wrong.

(+8)(-4)

I do not like the trash piles replacing normal loose trash. The triangulation replacing normal ping seems odd but i feel like i'll get used to it. very much liking the new drone mechanics compared to 0.82

(+19)

i prefer the new trash personally. Its much more optimized rather than tons of little pieces that have to be constantly rendered

(+2)

I feel indifferent about the trash change, either way I have to pick everything up. The difference now is I shovel for recyclable trash, and there is less separate moving objects using up computer resources. But the time to get rid of the trash is about the same, earlier it is picking it all up and now it is bagging it all up.

(+5)

im pretty happy about the new trash piles, they definitely are less of a performance hit and arent that different to clean up overall, even if they might not look as good sometimes

(+39)(-11)

I understand that the intent was to make thing simpler for new players, but the rework of the controls is honestly just terrible. The original ones were hard to get used to, sure, but once you did, it was snappy, fast, and didn't get in your way. Now, I have to wait half a second to just open a box's inventory, which is a huge pain when I'm trying to clean all of the new clutter around the base and get it out of sight. That adds up quickly, and leads to an overall less satisfying and more irritating gameplay loop for me, and it's getting to the point where I'm considering not even playing because of how fundamentally broken the new controls feel. Even just adding a toggle to use the old ones would be a great idea. Please? I love this game and don't want this to be the reason I can't keep playing.

(+21)(-1)

Agreed, i prefer the old controls much more than the new ones. I think a good alternative would be to have a setting that lets you switch optionly back to the old style controls.

(+13)(-3)

You can decrease the long hold time in the settings under Game-->input. I would also recommend toggling "swap press/hold r" if you don't like the current setup.  And if you want the old throwing system back, change "show throw trajectory" in the binds to left alt. The e/r system works well, but for whatever reason they chose the most annoying default setup for it.

(+5)

probably a pain in the ass to offer support between old and new controls but if it would be possible to offer both, so people who are used to the old control can resume doing things quickly like when you're cleaning up the base and going around grabing items from the floor and moving it to places like the compost bins or containers very quickly hundreds of times intead of stoping everything between each item

(+10)(-2)

Agreed. I tried to work with the controls in 0.9.0 unstable, but they drove me insane. The new controls effectively lock me out of this game. We need an option for the old controls, and if I have to use these new controls going forward, then this is where I get off. Like I say, I tried. I can't do it after the quick and precise controls of previous versions.

(1 edit) (+1)

I'm getting used to the new controls, but I keep mixing up the buttons. I no longer like interacting with some items and Kerfur. I can't even send Kerfur to work on the first try - he just jumps around and I end up turning him off...

(1 edit) (+3)

For me one thing I absolutely hate is how the escape key is pause, but it is also the button to hop off the ATV. The ATV with its wheel bearings performing at 300% efficiency takes off down the trail, so now instead of my game being paused for whatever I needed it to be paused for, I'm chasinge the gdamn ATV down the road forever.

Another thing is how many ways do you need to be able to put something down? 2 to drop. 3 to place. LMB, E, and R, depending on what you are doing. Just pick like maybe 2!!

Edit: I should clarify, while I have a bone to pick with some areas of this game, overall its a big winner. Thanks devs!

(+20)

Im not an expert game developer but i feel like the game could be much more optimized if there was an option for baked in lighting for static lights rather than dynamic lighting like currently.

(1 edit) (+6)(-1)

Can you not sell trash anymore? Wheres the item box? (NVM FOUND OUT ABOUT THE BAG HANGING FROM THE DRONE LOL)

(2 edits) (+1)

Bug report/suggestions (this was in a newly created save, didnt use my old one):
- Signal downloads do not work properly. Either they do not save, or they do not even start downloading in the first place. The green  "save signal" light either glows on download 0% or does not glow on 100%. Im not sure how this happened. Terminals were turned off, but turning them on didnt fix it and i guess my entire save now is cooked in that regard, cause downloading works, but i cannot save a single signal. (i also wanna point out that they DID work in the beginning, but on day 5 or something they stopped completely, stuck at 100% and cant save it, each new signal has the same problem)
- give a way for us to break every single useless furniture (like file cabinets and so on). Would be nice to completely be able to break them instead of dumping them in a corner somewhere, i want things to be mostly empty for me. I am aware you can break those dark curtains and take them somewhere else, however i just seek to either destroy or sell them by turning them to trash or something.
- big items (file cabinets, for example) either cannot be flipped to stand upstraight or it is simply far too difficult. All I managed to flip were the massive garbage dumps (through spamming E and left click by standing on it) but things like file cabinets cannot be flipped straight. All you can really do is spin them on the floor.
- if you put a poster on the wall with a crack that you cannot clean with a sponge, it shows on top of the poster.
Im sure there's more issues i didnt get, but besides that:
Love the new bike (tumbles a lot less in uneven terrain, great adition, looks pretty too)
Love the minigame variety, simple but fun (easier than doing math)
A lot more paths, so a bit easier to find farther away satelites
The satelite locations were not changed, so if someone memorized the locations there's nothing new to learn (which is good, for me at least)
More inside the facility is also nice. Although as ive mentioned before, some repeating issues makes it a bit frustrating at times.

(+1)

Hi Dragon187,
here are a few things that might be a solution for these issues:
-have you checked the detector status when trying to download the signal? You cannot download the signal while the detector is not on 100%. You can see the progress on the top right corner of the screen.
-you can actually break a few furnitures. You can salvage the green curtains on the workbench and get 1 plastic scrap from them. The gray walls in the labs can actually be separated if you hit it with a crowbar enough and can be destroyed with a woodchipper. I know its expensive but you can buy a sellgun to sell the remaining furnitures you cannot remove.
Hope this helps.

Hey, Csaranya.
I didnt notice the detector at first, i just wait a bit and it usually works, ill keep a close eye on it next time.
With the green/blue curtains, didnt know about salvaging a big item would be possible on the workbench.
Ill see about the sellgun/woodchipper, didnt know those items existed.
Thank you for the response and advice!

(+2)

Glad I could help. One more thing i forgot to mention is if you press shift before pressing e on an object, you can drag it from the point you grabbed it, so you can flip things more easily.

(+1)

Filing cabinets can be reduced to scrap metal by using a hacksaw. Also anything that can be -held- can be shoved into the drone bag with shift+click, even if it has no value.

(+2)

To repair cracks in the wall, you can do the following:

Buy cement.

Buy Wall Fixer (WIP).

Fill a bucket with water.

Hold the bag of cement and click left on the bucket of water, use the wall fixer in the concrete and click repeatedly on the crack with the wall fixer until it is repaired. Be careful because if you leave the concrete unused for too long, it will harden, making it impossible to use the bucket again.

hold shift and press e to grab the filing cabinets with the physics grab, that lets you stand them up and such. its kinda hard to use but it works.

(+18)(-3)

Genuinely I was excited when I first got in.  I was in love with the 0.8 build I had started playing under, even if I am a very casual player and didn't really understand all the mechanics.  The bigger base was awesome and initially I got excited by the new models for the ATV and consoles.
Initially.

I am thoroughly begging that some of the new mechanics are rebalanced for new players.  The difficulty which used to scale now feels like a sudden assault.  3 level 0 scans is not a problem later on, but when you first start the game is like a jumpstart which very nearly took me down right out the gate.  Again, I hadn't kept up with the game, nor do I watch streams.

Genuinely that was way less egregious than when I suddenly couldn't use the coordinates panel. This blindsided me because it's not written about anywhere in the tips and hints, and I didn't want to be spoiled on other contents of the game.  Luckily I found a reddit post which explained the game mechanic without going too in depth about anything else, except now I was already out of the game, alt tabbing for dear life.  50 tokens per fuse is incredibly anti-new player.  I'm struggling to get potatos cooked.  I'm no expert, I'm not someone who watches streamers play.  I've turned off fuse decay because after then dumping 500 tokens instead of getting a kerfur, all the fuses broken in 3 days anyways. Then, along the way my ATV fully stopped, which confused me because I still had fuel.  Imagine my surprise when I found out the battery discharges while you're riding even if you're not using the lights.

Look, I like the granularity of the game.  Things like that are exactly why I found the game endearing in the first place.  I know some part of this is going to be people saying; 'get good' or 'should have read up before playing' but genuinely I wanted to go in blind and try to experience the game instead of scrolling the wiki and reddit for every detail.  So, yes, some explanation on what is happening would have gone a long way.  An updated map with the coordinate towers, an explanation that they will decay and preferably some way to check the status using the same computer as the transformers.  Genuinely the fuses should be an optional setting, let me go repair it the same way as the transformers with a different puzzle.

I know you're probably trying to balance it in a way that is still exciting for twitch streamers and people who've probably played the game for thousands of hours but I walk away feeling steam rolled by the new mechanics.  It'd be nice if there were options for both.

(1 edit) (+4)(-12)

The signal daily requirement isn't a hard requirement, it just offers a bonus in points if you complete it. If you want that bonus, you can just save up your drives and deliver them the next day, or you can start scanning the day you get there and have plenty for the requirement.

Also, pretty sure there's a page in one of the transformers that talks about how to craft new fuses, which is much cheaper per-fuse than buying them outright, especially since you can just recycle one of the fuses and the trash in the base. There's even a notebook on the workbench in the garage that talks about common crafting recipes to make new players aware that such a system exists.

(+7)

also a new player at Day 7 so far have felt way too rushed in doing all the chores like the tower and transformers to have time to experiment with crafting. I figured out to make drives and fuel cans and thats it

(+4)(-7)

Oh also, there is a way to check how many fuses are in the coordinate towers. It's in the same area as the other computer commands.

(+3)(-1)

the coordinate towers are kindof an outlier in how aweful they are, and i had the same experience. what i did was just do all the other busywork like fussing with cleaning and doing hashes instead of bothering with signals untill day 8 when i could turn their degredation off. they never got better, i had one break down, then break again once i got a single signal, then break again in the time it took me to drive back from fixing it. they will kill your experience

(2 edits)

Im unsure how its possible for coordinate towers to stop working this fast for you, since my first tower went out at day 9 only, while another lasted with one fuse up to day 11 until i decided to put more fuses inside. Perhaps its a difficulty setting? I was on normal the whole playthrough.
you can find up to 3 fuses in the base (2nd floor, storage room, near sleep quarters, where the elevator goes up from the garage) hidden in trash. Maybe more around the base if you clean up more.
As some mentioned before, you can craft fuses if you didnt sell all your trash. Copper wire is in some file cabinets around the base, while you will also need electronic, glass and metal scrap to craft it. So the price goes from 50 to 0 if you look hard enough.
The ATV will use battery if you are constantly gasing it. Letting it roll from a hill will use significantly less battery, while using 0 fuel.
Edit: forgot to mention that the car battery can be charged with a metal coil on top of a transformer, where the wires go from. You would need mittens to even put the car battery on them though, or a few hooks to hold it in place and charge it. mittens along with hooks do add up to a 200 (1 mittens, 2 hooks, one for not letting the battery fly as you pick up the hook, and the other on the coil to hold it in place, you can tighten the hook on the coil so it wouldnt fly off).  Takes a while to charge it fully, but it works, and it is free if you dont mind getting electrocuted.
Tip: you take out the car battery out of the ATV with a wrench.
The game is still pretty much in early developement, although i do hope they add coordinate towers in the map, along with explanations (and in the tutorial) that coordinate towers exist, and that you need to maintain them.

(1 edit) (+4)

Absolutely, the fuses on my towers all went out within a week and as a first-time player I was able to at least understand the problem, but had no money to fix it, and very easily found myself basically without any money to fix the problem, and no signals to process meant the game became a very different and slow game, even after learning you could possibly repair them (which requires you to HEAVILY explore to find out), it felt like a soft lock where even if I had new fuses I'd be out doing this again in short order, on top of needing to learn map knowledge already.

Serious suggestion: Just make it so if some radars are down, there's a chance that one of the coordinate towers stop working when you attempt to triangulate, this way you keep the mechanic of needing to go out there, but the fuse mechanic for the coordinate towers feels ravenously aggressive, and I'm gonna have to turn it off at this point to enjoy the game.

Edit1: Or make it so the amount of fuses in a tower lowers the chance it goes down (during maybe a thunderstorm or something?), but avoid making it so the fuses are consumed so quickly or at all, at the bare minimum. I think the lights out game is fine and a good idea to still make the player have to wader out there occasionally.

(+17)(-2)

First thing; the April Fools event completely killed my initial entuasiasm for the update. I was excited to play, only to realise that the ATV was entirely unusable. I had a friend that played 0.8 for the first time on the 24th and bad sun ruined it for them too. Neither of these events are disabled by toggling off seasonal events, so perhaps a grace period is needed for the first few days.

New map is great, love that the roads connect everything now.

New drone is great, it's very convenient. It is however, a bit too loud. I don't like having to stop what I'm doing to send it back because the whirring is drowning everything out.

New alpha base is great, feels like a proper facility now. There is, however, way too much trash. Even doing nothing but cleaning up, it took over an in-game week, and I didn't even start on removing the stains. I think the amount of trash and staining could be halved and the game would be better for it.

I have mixed feelings about the new controls. Previously I would throw held objects all the time, but now it's incredibly awkward to do so. R+click at the same time feels like trying to do special attacks in a fighting game.

New base computer certainly looks the part, but I kinda hate it, it's annoying. The tower at least should be fixed in place like the monitor; it's too easy to accidentally grab it while trying to turn it on.

Server stability upgrades being hardware rather than software is just a pain, I don't see any upside to that change.

Routine maintenence is a chore now. Having to around checking and replacing fuses, doing multiple minigames, fix the ATV, it's wheels, charge/replace the battery... it's too much.

There needs to be more downtime so people can mess around, explore the map and find secrets. I play on normal difficulty with default day length; I realise I could get more free time by changing those, but the default settings should be comfortable because that's what the majority will experience.

(+12)(-1)

There's one big problem I've noticed: the game has an inverse difficulty curve. The start is daunting because everything is a mess and all your instruments suck to use, it's only after you have better upgrades/modules/equipment you can relax a bit.

The new server repair minigames are kinda frustrating. They also become redundant as soon as you get a Kerfur.

The ATV battery was an annoyance until I got an alternator, at which point it become a non-issue to the point of not really being a feature.

Triangulating signals was awful at first but is now trivial. The towers are still a nuisance to maintain though.

Restarting transformers is a huge pain, but with max upgrades they need almost no maintenence.

There was so much base cleaning to do that after removing the rubbish, I just used the reset feature to remove grime/stains. I tried repairing the cracks myself, but it was so laborious that I removed those too. I did enjoy cleaning the base in 0.8.2, but it's too much work now.

I think it would benefit the game if some mechanics were introduced gradually. Maybe something like for the first week you are only expected to get signals, then second week they want tapes, third week they want hash codes.

Because I don't want this to sound overly negative I will say that the new ATV is a huge improvement, it handles better and the modules are really nice. The mounted radio has seen a lot of use from me.

(+1)

personally i would put signals after since hashes are easier to get and dont require any interaction with those darn coordinate towers.  im probably wierd in that i really enjoy the cleaning, though the wall cracks are a bit much i agree

(+8)

I've loved almost everything about the new version so far. The only things I hated were:

The new coordinate tower mechanic was a real pain. You have to find the coordinates yourself since they don't appear on the map, and they get damaged very easily.

l also can't get the bunker card because it's bugged, it's impossible to grab with the hook.

Another problem is the number of ATV repairs. also I didn't know that in april fools' Day the wheels would turn square. At least I was able to find something positive in all of this since the ATV turned out to be worse for me. I sold all the wheels and made about 500 points, which helped a lot.
Those are my only complaints, the rest is pretty much enjoyable.

(+4)

You can type sv.target cr1/cr2/cr3 into the console and the compass will point towards it.

(+1)

I didn't actually know that was possible, thanks for mentioning it

(1 edit) (+2)(-1)

Am I the only person that's experiencing that the Drone is coming to my base more often than usual? I looked all over the settings if it was a feature or not, I looked all over the internet if they talked about it two, nothing yet since this is a new version. I just want to know if this is a bug or feature or something else entirely.

(+1)

Could you define "coming to the base more often than usual"? The drone goes to the base on its own at 6 AM, but it shouldn't come back from there without a reason (although I think in story mode it came back a couple of times on its own to deliver story mode items)

(3 edits)

As far as I can tell, yeah it does come to the base around 6 AM in the morning, but it also came around 6PM in the evening. I haven't got through the entire day because I feel like this is ruining my experience of the game. So 2 times a day through my experience with this update of the game.

Also to clarify, this was when I was playing on infinite mode, but it wasn't story mode items it was the daily items that it delivered twice. I haven't gotten a second delivery in story mode yet but I'll play further to make sure.

Update: Just got around 3 days in-game and yeah it's just 6AM. I think i am trying to get the hang of it now. Issue satisfied.

(+12)

The only thing I can say that I definitely don't like about this version are the Coordinate towers. They just go down too often for how far away they are. At the very I least I feel like fuses need to be cheaper, or much more efficient.

(1 edit) (+9)(-1)

I definitely feel like I should leave some positive feedback as well. I like the concept of the coordination tower decay and of food fatigue, however neither of them feel fun in game, and I leave them both disabled. I did not have a problem with the new controls, I found them as easy to get a hang of as the last set of controls, and I genuinely find myself enjoying the new ATV. The new model is fantastic and drippy af. Where the old ATV became an afterthought after buying the solar power upgrade, this new one feels much more integral to the gameplay loop, and I really enjoy that. Having to pay more attention to the ATV just feels right to me.

EDIT: WHOEVER THOUGHT IT WAS A FUN IDEA TO DROP THE COFFEE IF YOU LOOKED DOWN WHEN YOU WERE HOLDING IT, VERY FUNNY (keep it) BUT DAMN YOU

(+1)

Recommend crafting fuses from scrap rather than buying them. They're pretty cheap even if you buy the copper coil outright rather than crafting it, like 10 points/fuse if you craft the other components & use drives to get electronic scrap. (and ~20 points/fuse if you buy the copper coil)

(+4)

the coordinate towers are pretty singularly aweful yeah, they feel like constant busywork fuses or not.

(+4)

I like the optimization, before this update my toaster couldn't run it at 30 frames, 10 around the main PC and 1 while using the handheld videocamera, now most things run faster and better.

Now a couple of issues, Velma mode doesn't work anymore and i gotta ask if there's a chance for players to change the language to one and not a mix of two or three? It's odd to see stuff like the MonikaCinnyRoll plushie being called "muñeca come rollos Minika".

What's wrong with the tape reels? They're free daily points that take less than ten seconds to get.

(1 edit) (+8)(-1)

I haven't played since 0.7.0 or something like that and I purged all my algorithms of anything VotV related. Haven't seen anything about it in ages and I wanted to go into 0.9.0 blind. This turned out to be a mistake.

First, I need to say ADD A COLORBLIND MODE! These color-coded minigames made me completely give up on the daily tasks until I could forcibly disable the minigames/maintenance in the settings. Don't just add some basic color filter either, let us change the colors completely to suit our vision needs, like the workstation options. That, or maybe even change the minigames to use a combination of colors and shapes. Would be very helpful.

Moving on, many things that were previously tedious but not bad have now been elevated to very tedious and annoying. I'll keep it short and point out the biggest offender; The coordinate towers. Why was this not explained in the tutorial? I had to leave the game and have a friend explain it to me, as well as several other things the tutorial did not cover. They're very expensive to maintain for something so fragile. On day 4, CR3 went down. The next day, CR2 went down! How am I supposed to do my job?!

It's not all bad, though. The new drone is infinitely better than the previous ones. Now it waits for you to send it away and it has an infinite storage bag. Makes cleaning and selling stuff so much smoother. The new base model is excellent, it feels more official with all the branding it has and the new model is far better than the old one. Actually, all of the new models and textures are way higher quality than they used to be. Big props in that department. The new controls are interesting, but I learned to like them. They make some frequent actions faster and more convenient.

I had to turn the difficulty all the way down to easy++ and even still I felt like I had no time to do anything outside of busywork every day. My excitement to revisit this game has turned into caution as I continue playing in the hopes it gets better later.

(+1)

once you turn off coordinate tower decay the game can finally open up and become fun. its still alot of busywork but its pretty satisfying without the coordinate tower and fuse crafting and such, you just gotta get to day 8 i think. untill then its probably better to just worry about getting server hashes and the morning tapes, signals take too much

(+25)(-4)

I really enjoyed v0.8, but personally v0.9 has ruined a lot of what I enjoyed so much about this game. There's a ton of things I think really need some big reworks, or at the bare minimum, ways to disable them completely.

Coordinate towers seem kind of extra, and just makes searching for signals more arduous and time-consuming. It takes so long to position them that most of the time, my signal disappears before they're positioned, which is super frustrating. And having to fix the towers (and buy fuses) just adds more busywork to the game. My favorite part of this game is just goofing around and exploring, so every update that just gives me more chores to do takes away the best part for me. Triangulation would be fine if coordinate towers don't need repairing, and moving the markers was significantly faster.

The tutorial is riddled with issues, and it takes forever to work through. Why make the player sit and wait through the signal processing and downloading? Just speed it up so it only takes a few seconds. I cant even walk around since the game yells at you when you leave the area. The tutorial is not the place for waiting around.

And on the topic of the tutorial, the new controls just seem like more of a hassle than anything. Every action takes longer now. I honestly think held and grab modes should just be merged into one, since both just seems like a lot of extra mechanics and keybinds people need to understand and differentiate. Simplicity is king.

Why is there a weird darkness filter in the basement? My flashlight ran out down there, and essentially softlocked my game since it was pitch black. It should have at least a tiny bit of ambient lighting, or some sort of glow around the player.

My game is running very poorly compared to last build, even with settings all brought down to minimum. I'm not running on particularly slow hardware (rtx 3080ti, ryzen 3900xt) so it was a little frustrating.

And more on the topic of busywork, everything is more expensive and harder now. The ATV requires a bunch of replacement parts all the time, so that's just more time spent fixing things, more money needed, and less fun goofing around. Stuff like physical server upgrades are fine, but its a strange thing to focus time on when it doesn't really change much for gameplay, and takes more time to upgrade things.

It was a really disappointing experience playing through, since I really love a lot of what VOTV has to offer. Discovering new things and events, a cool map to drive around and explore, easter eggs and secrets, tons of items to buy and mess with. I want more of that stuff, not just more mechanics thrown in just "because". I really like the art direction with the new update, and a lot of models and textures have seen some really nice improvements. I can only hope that these things are all still subject to change, because I want to enjoy this game, and in its current state, I am not.
(+13)(-4)

Thank you for all that you do, Nose, Monique, and the VotV development team!
