The only problem I kept having is getting my seeds stuck in weird places and being unable to move them occasionally. I like the simple gameplay though. The kind of game that you just sit down and relax with. Good job!
Fun loop and mechanics here, though I found the controls a little fiddly—I found it hard to precisely plant my seeds, though maybe that's the point. More visual and audible feedback for events in the game would be good, too, as it took me a bit to realize I was getting paid out from my mature plants. Thanks for making and sharing your game!
Cool! I got stuck at some point, where I couldnt buy anything and nothing happened :( not sure why that happened...

Ah, I see. It's one of those sort of games that doesn't really have an ending. It was certainly fun to play. The zipping back and forth, planting stuff (though I kept dragging the seeds back with me) and the helper slimes (though I am unsure what they did to help), all the little elements add up to a small and simple game. The NES-style music was kinda interesting and I could tell you have a decent composer on this project. Good job, overall!

Bugs
The slimes make clouds and grab the fruit, and the button only works when you install it.

SUPER FUN GAME LOOP! i got addicted and had to keep going until i had like 10 slime monsters
At 2:18 in my video, I restarted the game. First 2 minutes I was confused how to play!! I think one thing that could have immediately helped is a sound FX when the sunflower gives you $$ in the beginning. I totally missed that because it's silent currently, so I didn't understand how to earn $$
Once i figured it out, it was really fun! I loved how each plant is so profitable-- $10 seed for $50+ and then infinite $$ from the grape trees felt great. I liked the cloud animations too
Only one small glitch to report: at 5:47 when I plant the 4th tree > the seed rolls on the ground and plants the tree in the air 2 pixels too high from ground -- and the problem is can never reach the top grapes because of it
but other than that it was smooth and easy to play great work!!
