I've just finished the game and a lot of it has just made me more confused than whatever it would answer.
First: Jessica. Why did she say "nothing even matters anymore" even after the whole story we go through with her (at least, not pushing her in the FIRST time I could to make tell her life story like I did) and still married the MC at the end of the story. Is that her good ending?
Second: I've installed this game just two days ago and already finished it, so the "good ending" update was already here a year ago. Are the marriage between MC with Jessica, Laoise and Kaoru product of this "fan-service" good ending? I mean, I didn't feel deserving of Kaoru's part because of how MC easily managed to convince her to not break up. I know the premise is for the male MC to be a harem king, but seeing how this game is meant to be a realistic twist to this trope, I can't see why Kaoru WOULD be the type to be part of one, even in the best of the possibilities for the normal hentai VN game player, especially after the whole theme she and MC had going in her route and then her seeing the MC dirty talk with Mio in the basement.
Third: If I didn't sex up Laoise, would whatever "spirit of the dead of Tropicali" care about the MC's relationship with her, since he basically uses her for pleasure and still manages to get her happy ending too? Their relationship (if decided to always bang her) is weird. Unusually funny and fluffy somehow, but that whole philosophical talk Laoise has when she's possessed hangs any funny moments in the air and makes it all too confusing.
Also, is there any sex scene with Gloria? Since it's sorta implied you can go after that from Mio's proposal. And is there an ending where Rina doesn't save MC in the opening cerimony?
This game really cracked my head. I tried really hard to not mess up and get the bad ending just to treat it like normal hentai VN and move on, but it seems like I still messed it up after seeing the ending, especially the marriages scenes.
