Sometimes when I use the toilet in the newest 0.9 version I bleed right when I click use on the toilet. Is there a rat nibbling at my junk while im peeing or is this just some weird event? Or maybe the tolet is rusty and I need to clean it idk.

Yah there's just always a chance. Doesn't happen often, think it occurred maybe max 4 times in my playthrough.
