Does anyone know how to open the panel to the signal playing station? It says that it is bolted and the wrench doesnt work on it like it does on the other ones. Are all signal playing station modules disabled until next update?

The panel specifically on the back of the Playback station cannot be removed. That's stuck on there for good. However you don't need to plug upgrades specifically into the station they're meant for- you can put any of the signal upgrade modules into the slots behind any of the three other machines and they'll work just fine.
