Tried everything. DId the whole motorbike thing and nothing is appearing even though the quest is to talk to Anna about it. That doesn't pop up. Any help?

Shot in the dark, because it happened to me too, did you go talk to Toni in the alley after you won the third race? There's an interaction with her and she states that she'll go to your place to set up the wifi, the following day if you pick Studio, it'll automatically show the sequence with Toni and Anna
