Stuck on Nora's Quest

Okay so I have the Liquid and Bone, I just don't have the flower and I've seen prior topics about Nora's Quest and the other topics just don't give me any "great" insight. I just can't find the flower and I've checked the maze, left-side of where I got the quest and its just a big issue for my progression.

You get the flower from the fountain with something glowing on it, pick up a stone/brick by looking for a glowing spot in the grass and use it to toss at the fountain.
