This was such a fun little puzzle experience!!
thanks for playing!! hope you enjoyed it!
I love Frens shape, hes like one of those palm pal plushies c:
fren is shaped like a friend :)
when the alien tbh creature showed up i showed one of my friends and told them they were in the game
damn… can I meet them… asking for a fren
this was awesome, felt like a very complete experience! had a fun and funny time. was happy to see a nice point and click in the games!
thanks for playing!! i’m happy that folks still love the humble point and click game
Very nice direction for both visuals and general mood! Also, pretty interesting use of the theme for puzzle solving.
I bet this will pop on stream!
thanks for playing!! there’s been so many great and creative jam games, i’m just happy to have submitted something in time this year haha
Amazing visuals, and satisfying puzzles with great sense of direction!
I don't know if it was a bug but I couldn't click on the Anti alien alarm, which I was looking forward to hear his classic anti alien alarm, but the the Anti anti alien alarm worked so I'm satisfied with that too!
thanks for playing and for the kind words! aw man sorry that button got bugged out for you, I’ll have to check that out. thanks for letting me know!
Amazing work. I wish baldlights were real.
Thanks for playing!! I could use a baldlight myself…
This is incredible, EASILY a top 5 for sure. The sprites and environments are great, consistently funny, and the puzzles actually made enough sense for even a baldbrained individual like myself to solve which is a rarity in point-and-clicks. Really amazing stuff especially for a solo dev
thanks for playing and for the glowing review! happy to hear the puzzles were easily understood, I’m baldbrained too and wanted to keep the whole thing relatively short and simple :)
I really liked it, the art style is so good and the puzzles were pretty straightforward. Great game!
thanks for playing and for the kind words!!
i love point and click games and this one was a real treat
cute art interesting puzzles and fun story
i like this veaary mouch
thanks for playing! and for the glowing review!!
Excellent work, very good atmosphere, amazing art, and honestly a pretty good length for the jam period. My only gripe is that I had a bit of a hard time deciphering the safe code, because some of the heads look really similar and I have small eyes, but nothing was anywhere near frustrating.
thanks for playing, I appreciate the honest feedback! looking at it now it’s definitely problematic since it’s a difference of mere pixels, and it doesn’t help that the game is such a low resolution already. I should have enlarged the images a bit, or made the differences more obvious.
one of my fav games of the jam, the art, the music, the puzzles and writing are so amazing!! im a big point and click adventure fan and this was so satisfying. cant wait for joel to play it!!
thanks for playing, and for the kind words! i’m happy it gets the approval of point and click fans!
holy shit an alien
