I liked the teeny-tiny inventory - made me hesitate every time I see new item! Fun short game, not too easy, not too dificult. Thanks for sharing ^_^

the inventory management is very well executed. but the RNG can be brutal lol

I have brought the two dragon eggs back to Bob. Movement is fast and snappy, the graphic varied enough and there are some sound effects. The limited inventory makes you strategize a little bit and it was quite satisfying to slay the dragon my red hero blade. Nice little game :)

RNG was not good for me... either I wouldn't find any armor, or weapons. And dragons were brutal because of it.

Really would help if other enemies also would drop the loot... to make that rng a bit less scary. Or different loot chances for floors. It was strange seeing another starter sword and armor on the third floor!

Other than that  - movements were snappy, and gameplay was straightforward and nice. Thanks for sharing!

Beat the game on the 2nd run, I reached the nest with only 1 HP so I frantically just collect the eggs and dodge the dragons. Resource management is tight, love it. A solid well-done game.

Everyone's out here trying to pitch sliders, curveballs, and eephuses. The down the middle fastball is underrated.

This was very well done! I would have appreciated a little music and little more variety, but what was here was solid and fun!

The procedural layout was nice as it did take me 3 tries to win, so the subsequent runs weren't too samey. But I definitely opened a lot of doors to empty rooms and hallways. The best part of the game was finding the key early and saving it for later. Was that done procedurally, or manually? Impressive if procedurally, but very fun either way.

I've completed the quest!

The game controls perfectly, you've got some resource to manage and I'm a big fan of bumping into enemies in turn-based mode so this game was really to my taste. The difficulty is perfect for a jam, it took me a few tries until I came across a tomb with a key then I crushed it.

Thanks for sharing!

That was fun. I managed to finish it on my 3rd run through. Love that you managed to get random level generation in. I did panic a bit when I ran into dragons!

great game! i managed to complete it first try, keeping the key was well worth the payoff. was so ready for a bob the wizard boss fight but alas. great work!!

Nice dungeon crawler.

I really liked the dungeon, and random creation made it less deterministic.

I did die once on my first playthrough. But second time it went better and I think I completed it. I got the egg and returned to the questgiver, but I only got a message from him that I completed the quest. Might have expected some more feedback if that is in fact the end.

Thanks for the game!

Nice work, it’s straight forward to understand, plays well, and the dungeon generation seemed interesting enough to explore. Graphics we also clean and readable, I liked the spiders being this black mass with glowing eyes.

I enjoyed the pacing and difficulty, it was fun to poke around.  Limited inventory was a good twist for a game this short. In a longer one it'd probably get on my nerves ;p.

  • All models made for jam
  • Textures are 3rd party from Tiny Texture Pack 2 by Screaming Brain Studios
  • Audio effects from 3rd party assets
  • In hindsight I would have teamed up with others for audio and music, which are lacking, but I never know what to ask for until deep into a jam. For example I started off with a sci-fi theme but it didn't work out so I changed it last minute to standard fantasy.
