Cannot get either app to launch. Any suggestions?

Currently on VCP version 1.4.5 on Windows11 with Nvidia RTX3070 GPU the following error results on launch:

SCP Version 1.2.3. only log message, nothing else launches on Windows11 with Nvidia RTX3070 GPU

Try this:

1. Delete any files you've extracted
2. Right click on the zip file and press "Properties"
3. Check the box next to "Unblock"
4. Re-extract all the files
