Had the same issue as everyone else, couldnt pick up any more flowers after 3. But the first 3 were really fun! I like how the movement feels, and the little QTE/Rythmgame mechanic is also quirky! And I imagine it feels really satisfying when you collect more flowers, and have more worker bees flying around :)
One improvement that I would like to see: would be great if the flowers that you have already collected would get marked somehow, so I know I cant collect them again
Flowers you have collected no longer get an interaction highlight, and turn a darker colour after they are used up.
Whatever bug is causing the three flower limit may be stopping this :(

Cute game! Hes GROOVIN! The "dance" to inform mechanic was cute.
Sadly I could not grab more than 3 flowers
I played the web build version - a very sweet game, with very cute art, absolutely love the little dance animations! Might just be me but I think displaying the dance order with arrows would be easier to understand, turns out I apparently don't know the order of my keys lol! I had the same issue as others with the 3 flowers, after handing them in I did decide to just hover around and wait to see if when the honeycombs have finished filling up you would be able to collect more flowers again but this didn't seem to be the case. Very cute game with a lot of potential, nice work!
(The downloadable build was broken for me, after the first 3 flowers I wasn't able to interact with any new ones) This was great fun. The art style is very clean and cute, I like it, and overall the idea is adorable. The dance animations are great too. Well done, I like it a lot :)
Surprisingly excellent! I like the idea that the 9-5 worker bee grind is what hits the "seamless cycle" limitation :) The loop with finding the flowers then heading back to the hive to communicate where the are through dance sparks so much joy.
I think there is a bug that disables you from collecting more flowers. Not sure how to recreate it but after restarting it fixed itself. It did confuse me for a while though :^)
Quick me thing: Using the words WASD vs. the arrows threw me off. Typically the left, right, up, down arrows easily translate to WASD movements through muscle memory but the WASD letters don't really translate to directions. I would find the dancing game far easier with arrows to visualize the movements vs. letters I think 🤔
The bee sprites and animations really are the cherry on top.

In fact, it's amazing. At one point, I gave away all three flowers and continued dancing to the music in the hive :D However, after that, I collected one flower, and I immediately filled up three of them, even though I could only give away one in the hive , and then I couldn't collect flowers at all. But I restarted the game (for some reason, the first flower didn't collect there either) and collected honey! Great job
Love the rigged dance bee animation! I appreciate the use of hexagons too, very beespific. Super smart with the worker bees collecting honey! It's not always easy to get that right. very nicely done, good music and atmosphere too! Has lot's of character.

I do not know if this intended, but can you only get three flowers and that's it? In my playthrough I selected 3 flowers, went to the hive and then could only sit there as my bee brethren collected all the pollen. If I found any new flowers, I could not select them unfortunately.
Other than that I LOVE that you took - what is basically what bees do to communicate - and were able to turn it into a fun little jam submission! Great work ♥
you /should/ be able to go get up to three more new flowers once youve handed the previous ones in. Its intended that you can only remember three at a time though (bee brain small)
