Amazing.
Especially for a first jam.
My main complaint is that the reset level button is hidden away in the menu, it took me a while to realize I can find it there and legit thought I was softlock and had to restart the page.
My other complaint is this is supposed to be comfy and I was driven by sheer determination and hatred towards the bastard who keeps stealing the hedgehogs shroom and making my homey cry.

Giving it a solid Hedgehog out of 5.

Hahahahaha thank you for playing. We definitely joked a lot about how this game hasn't turned out very comfy! But we're still extremely proud of what we made. The reset level button being hid away has already been taken care of in a newer version - there we have a button on the in-game HUD to reset the level for convenience but there are still soooo many bugs it's driving us insane

Happens on a first jam game, no need to stress much. Really great either way and happy to hear is fixed.
Hope there are plans to make something for the next Comfy Jam, curious to see what is conjured next.

Very fun physics puzzle game! It took me reading the comments here to figure out how to rotate the objects, I recommend adding q/e or mouse wheel support for it! Undo / remove object would also be LOVELY!

I ADORE the opening scene where his mushroom gets stolen!

The anthill and tornado were both very fun to use! I also liked the muddy ground a lot. The tornado sprite is peak.

I managed to get the mushroom stuck in the rock on this level! Is the second set (rain stages) the end?

First of all, thanks for playing!

We also thought about mouswheel rotation and will probably implement that soon too, thanks for pointing out too. I'm personally still hesitating on the remove object option but we'll see. I've read that a few times by now so I'll consider it.

And as for the second stage being the end... nope :) there's even more. You just happened to get rain

Wow! Loved all the physics chaos! Very cool game!

Thanks for playing our game! Physics and chaos are exactly what we aimed for!

Hahaha the hedgehog tear nooooooo! This game was so sweet, I loved the music in the background. It took me a minute to figure out how to adjust the rotation of the sticks but after that I was helpin' a hedgehog OUT. This game was great, y'all did an amazing job with it! Congrats to the art dept and the music dept and the PHYSICS DEPT! It's a whole dang high school up in this game dev team. We love to see it A+ class dismissed

Thankssss, glad you like it! We really racked our brains on how to make this game physicky

A sweet game, and loved the animation of his mushroom being stolen haha. A very interesting concept, especially with the tree, felt like mini golf!  I do wish there was a way to just move a placed item rather than having to reset the level though, as pressing ESC in browser and being dragged out of full screen mode becomes a little tedious

Thank you! And I was vexed by the ESC thingy too - already added a button for the Menu to HUD so you don't have to press ESC to enter it everytime. Will probably upload that soon

I was a bit confused at first with what to do? I think an instructions page/intro would be super helpful to the game, especially when new things like ant hills and tornadoes are introduced and you kind of just end up wasting them in the wrong spot because you  have no idea what they're supposed to do. The art was super cute, and overall an interesting concept!

Hi, thanks! I'm one of the developers of this. We actually sorta made a tutorial but that got lost shortly before we submitted the game... you can still activate it via the button "Start Tutorial" in the in game menu that appears when you press Esc. And we should probably add somewhere that that's possible... And, yes, we should definitely add an explanation on how to use the anthill and tornados! Didn't even think of that honestly.

And lastly, thank you very much for playing our game!!!

Once I figured out the gameplay I was able to get through the level, some instructions or tooltips on what each item does could be helpful, and maybe an undo button for mistake. Very cute and simple puzzle game

Yes, definitely agree with you! There was a tutorial originally but that somehow got lost.  It's not written down anywhere(definitely gonna change that) but there is an in-game menu when pressing Esc. There is a button to "Start Tutorial" and "Reset Level". Planning on adding the reset level button to the HUD tho
