I feel like the jam page said that we could continue editing our games after the submission deadline? I have a few tweaks to make to the scoring process for my game that would make it a lot better. Oh well. I guess that's what I get for submitting something 12 minutes before the deadline.

No, it hasn't changed since the very beginning in 2020: new uploads are locked during voting, but you can edit the description of your entry.
