Use of the limitation
The limitation “Only One Life” is built into both gameplay and story. The player has no extra lives or revives. Health is represented by the Thread of Fate, and when it is severed, the run ends. You are the Last Mortal, carrying mankind’s final thread into the underworld.

Too many. The cookies also had only one life!

I did have to stop because of too much screenshake, would be great to have an option to disable it.

Nice boss battle mechanics! I couldn't get passed Ares unfortunately but I really enjoyed the controls. Felt really smooth! Just wish the art wasn't AI.

And yeah, I totally understand the AI art point. This was made under jam time pressure, so I used it to help build the atmosphere quickly, but I really appreciate the feedback and respect the concern. I’ll keep that in mind for future updates/projects.
