Seems like a fun idea (who among us hasn't wanted to scam people over the phone?) but even after reading the instructions in the comments below, I couldn't figure out how to pull it off. I got to the point where I call them on the phone, but they don't give any number. (Maybe they just wised up idk)
I can't figure out what I'm supposed to do. I can access news, email, etc. just not sure how to progress from the initial state.
Sorry I didn't have time to make a tutorial. If you want to progress, send an email, go the replies, send one, and then you'll receive a phone call to use inside the bank site in the browser. Make sure to open that while on call. You'll then get to type their random pin code into the bank, and steal their money.
