Nice job! Having a skill tree is amazing for a game jam (+1 for Godot ;)
I like looking into the stars, a cool and chill incremental
A cool interesting little game and the upgrade path is a very nice touch
The interpretation of the “machine” theme is interesting! I also like the fisheye lens effect with the dark corners; it fits the atmosphere well (ツ)ノ
Great work, I missed some background music or SFX to make it more inmersive
That's strange — the game actually does have music and sound effects. Maybe the volume sliders got set to zero in the in-game menu, or the browser tab ended up muted? 🙂
Thanks so much for playing and for taking the time to leave feedback — I really appreciate it!
音楽がまずいい!きれいなグラフィックだし、操作してて爽快感がある!楽しかったですありがとう!
Thank you so much! Really happy you enjoyed the music — the composer will be thrilled to hear that. And glad the graphics and controls gave you that refreshing, exhilarating feel. Thanks for playing!
Now this is really original. I love science themed games and this even feels good to read through the stars passing the mouse through it like you were a live observatory, it is like a science themed idler that does not get you tendinitis for clicking mercilessly, love it
Thank you! So glad that "live observatory" feeling came through — exactly what I wanted: observing, not clicking nonstop. The science theme naturally led to this meditative idle. ✨🔭
Nearly lost track of time, playing your game. Good work.
Great idler, I love the fact that you allowed players to "click" by swiping back and forth with the mouse, that makes the game infinitely easier on my hands/wrists (I have RSI issues) than a normal clicker! Nice graphical vibes too!
Thanks! Glad you found the swipe mechanic convenient. And nice that you liked the graphics!
Ah, this is so good. The satisfaction factor is huge. And it's incredibly creative.
Having a skill tree and prestige mode in a jam game is pretty impressive! The space exploration theme fits the idle genre perfectly. Nice work.
Strong game!
You've packed loads of gameplay in, nice idler mechanics, and it's well balanced. I enjoyed completing the collection!
Congratulations!! It's like being Zen meditation. This remembers me to Bejeweled 3!!
dude this is goated, the amount of polish and content done here is insane lowk for 13 days
How big is this game??!! Your entry is incredibly polished and fun to play, I love seeing all the currency flies across the screen. The main issue i face might just be the UI is too small and the fish eye effect is making the UI even harder to see, but other than the UI everything feels so nice and clean, finished the first run, might play the dlcs when I am bored, nice game!
Thank you for the kind words and detailed feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed the game.
As for the length: yes, at a relaxed pace, the first run takes about an hour to an hour and a half, if you don't go hard on manual farming. In fact, all the cards can be unlocked within two runs, so replayability isn't infinite 😄
Regarding the UI and the fish-eye effect — you're absolutely right, I'm aware of the issue. As soon as the game jam is over, I'll release a version with a better, more readable UI.
Thanks for checking out the game!
Pure joy of unlocking :) And the way you gain points by hovering, rather than clicking is also very pleasant!
Love the atmosphere! It's so addictive that I keep coming back to it
Deep Space Observatory flips the idle genre on its head — instead of clicking, you hover. Moving your mouse around to trigger scans feels fresh, and my poor left mouse button finally gets a break.
As someone who loves incremental games, I got hooked fast. I played until I had every upgrade and the full NG+ collection. The loop is seriously addictive, and the layering of SFX creates this chaotic but satisfying symphony.
My only real complaint is the screen distortion effect — for me, it made the UI buttons hard to see. That aside, this is a highly polished game that knows exactly what it wants to be.
Hello! Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review! I really appreciate it.
Regarding the screen distortion — you are absolutely right. I've already received several similar complaints that this effect hurts UI readability. After the jam, I will make it softer and add an option to disable this effect entirely in the graphics settings. Thank you for pointing this out!
it took some time but then i got addicted :) the sounds are very satisfying
Not my kind of game, but I liked the visuals.
