I really enjoyed the game, missed a bit the music and a few mor sounds. But overall i liked the story telling. Stumpoled upon a slight big where the number 100 was standing always on the bottom right section of the screen after continuing the game. In addition i thought that Helene is blocking the view to the box a bit to much.

The atmosphere and animations are great and definitely draw you in. I really liked the dog—it took me back to Sunday morning cartoons from my childhood. A bit of music would’ve made it even better. Bravo !
The game worked well for me, and it is nicely written and illustrated as usual for this team. Well done, Esmeralda and Einzelkaempfer! I also missed the sound/music, but you have to set your priorities in such a short amount of development time with a small team. I am happy that you were able to finish this in time!
Really cool game. Beautiful art and funny puzzles. I missed some music but great game!
Wanted to participate to the Jam but didn't have the time... Congrats to all the participants!
Now regarding A Sirius Incident: I read several times (and from the devs themselves) that the game was a bit too talkative but I didn't think so. Only the introduction scene talks quite a lot (so be warned! But I liked it, nice humor), and after that you're more busy trying to find the correct item to use at the right place, so text is not an issue anymore imo.
I found the game was getting slightly difficult at some point (particularly with a pixel hunt, and I'm not a big fan of this). That being said the whole adventure was incredible, I really liked the art (Esmeralda's drawing are always great in all her games) and the story/gameplay are perfect for such a short point and click. I'm always surprised and impressed by the way the creators end up using so few environments and yet telling so much, and creating so many interactions in such a small world.
A Sirius Incident was quite lenghty for a short game (1 hour?) and was a perfect balance between fun and curiosity! The version I played had a few issues and lacked some music during gameplay, but devs said it could be fixed someday. Overall, great point and click adventure!
Great game. It has a solid script, beautiful artwork, and just the right amount of humor to be effective. The dialogue is well-written and the puzzles are simple yet efficient.
The only downside for me is the lack of a full soundtrack and more sound effects, but what’s already there is very well done.
If you ever need help with the music, let me know. Congratulations!
I really hate right click in browser games, in my browser is a special option enabled that shows a context menu on everything. And it is the only submitted game I wasn't able to finish yet, the kid has the sling shot, but I can't put anything under the tree. Plus there is clearly a "needle in a hay stack" joke missing when using the needle with the hay stack, instead I see A LOT of generic text, I'm missing the creativity here, espcially when there is no voice acting which allows hundereds of answers without breaking the bank.
Which leads me to the other problem: The game is very quiet. Just a handful of SFX, I've also encountered duplication, there's a funnel in the wall and a funnel in my inventory. Almost feels like all the energy went into the confession paper :D
Thank you for your feedback.
You are right, the game is very quiet. We didn't have time to search for more sfx or fitting music. And that is why there aren't many custom responses when trying stuff that isn't necessary. That is something we can and will address after the voting period. (as well as the bug with the funnel, thanks for pointing that out)
In regard of the right click - that is a conscious decision we made. We prefer the two button interface like in the Broken Sword games, to give additional info when looking at things.
