I’m working on a solo-dev project called The Last Outpost. The core idea is simple but punishing: You start with a 60-second "Panic Run" through a warehouse to grab whatever you can. But here’s the twist—those items aren’t just for your survival; they are your only currency in a brutal post-apocalyptic world.
I wanted to move away from the simple "Yes/No" binary choices we often see in survival games. In this world, every trade is a gamble:
I’m aiming for a world where every decision carries weight beyond just a "Game Over" screen. I want more interaction, more "what-if" scenarios, and a trading system where your social skills are just as important as your combat skills.
