This looks pretty cool. Alas, I’m not able to screw the chassis together. Struggled thru the first day but then had to give up. That’s my problem, not yours, but still would be cool if there were some way to cheat thru it without needing the high-precision mouse work.

Developer

Hi aksommerville, thanks for the feedback! I have tried reducing the aiming sensitivity, it should be easier now. You can press TAB to skip the tutorial if you want to try again. btw, were you using the trackpad on laptop or a mouse ?

Submitted

I tried again just now and it was easier. I think I misunderstood the screw bit the first time – we’re just trying to hit the center of the hole, but I thought it was a matter of holding the cursor near the hole for a given time. Looking good now! I’m using a regular desktop mouse.

Developer

Ah I see, thanks for the reply, appreciate you trying again !

I like the concept. I could really feel the message (ツ)ノ

I really like the narrative of the game! Nice work on crafting this in a short span of 2 weeks. I do think having a voice over would really top the experience. Great game!

Developer

Thank you all for stopping by and leaving your thoughts, happy jamming everyone !

great narrative experience, for some reason it took a while for the door to be openable. I like the minimal aesthetics, this makes me think about stanley parable in the beginning, I think this could benefit from having some cynical narrator

Developer

Thanks ! Door issue noted. Just tried stanley parable, brilliant narrator system. I've actually thought about a narrator, but not sure about the vibe. Thanks for sharing :D

Excellent work for your game. You have made a really good narrative idea from machines. I love when you upgrade everyday to get better to work. I got a feeling im one of those machine now. Its soulless and empty.
Well done

Really cool experience. The factory routine and the underlying message about our future are super interesting. It's simple, clean, and tells a great story.

great message and idea,as well as the implementation is perfect imo.

The game is literally about my life: got out of bed in one room, went to work in another, then went back to sleep in the first one. The mechanics feel cool, but it's hard to hit the screws on the touchscreen.

Pretty neat! Simple, clean, and fun. Everything a jam game should be.

This is a very interesting game (or experience). Maybe a glimps or our future with AI.

Well done!!

Didn't accept anything from this after the tutorial, but very glad to be proven wrong, the idea and narrative through gameplay are mindblowing, good job! Will rate this definitely
